Authorities in our business will tell in no uncertain terms that Lorem Ipsum is that huge, huge no no to forswear forever. Not so fast, I'd say, there are some redeeming factors in favor of greeking text, as its use is merely the symptom of a worse problem to take into consideration.

Product care

Anyway, you still use Lorem Ipsum and rightly so, as it will always have a place in the web workers toolbox, as things happen, not always the way you like it, not always in the preferred order.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is an enigma to most people. Maybe its because of its hyper complex sounding name, or because it sounds like a new computer language.

Whatever the misunderstanding, it is time that you paid attention to it because some of the world’s latest success stories are coming in the wake of NLP.
NLP is about rewiring your brain in a way that changes almost everything you do. This book takes a walk on the wild side by showing you the nature of the brain and the development of the mind so that you can develop a framework of your own mind.
Beyond the theory, it also gives you a practical look at the things you can do when you change the way your mind is wired and the effects that has on your work and your family. What it all boils down to is that the reason you are who you are up to this point is because of the way your brain is wired and if you want to change that, you need to do it with NLP.
We are all looking to improve our lives and make the most of our time.

We are all looking for ways to do better and provide a better life for our families. But until now, the better life has been elusive to a certain segment of people who are trying hard but not making much out of it. NLP is the thing they have been missing.

If this is you, then you have found the path to solving your challenges. Whatever you need is covered within the lines of this book.

You just need to read it and put it to work.

  2. Mark A Hicks

Really nice book with some great information
Really nice book with some great information. But overly verbose and wordy. It takes a real effort to read it.

    Interested
I will say I like the book however it is very technical and brain or in again and not as practical and it’s theories. I do like the exercises and I did implement the three columns, the what, reason and score and that is something I will take from this forever.

  6. Dr. Chuck J. Rylant

    Easy to read and apply
Wel written and easy to read which is not usually te case with NLP books. It is a short and easy read with some practice exercises. It is a great introduction to NLP with particle applications.

  7. Yeamah Logan

    Great Starter NLP Book
I liked the explanation of the brain. There were a few confusing parts and the ideas became a bit difficult to follow, but the exercises were great.

  8. Kindle Customer

Got it for a friend of mine who had no prior experience with NLP and he really enjoyed it!
This book outlines some basic NLP principles and provides a handful of fundamental exercises to help you get started as a beginner. Got it for a friend of mine who had no prior experience with NLP and he really enjoyed it!

  9. Chappers

Great book – have read through several times. A lot of little nuggets to use on a daily basis. For those struggling with psychobabble this makes a much more sense. Enjoy!

  10. nyambici

Tiny book packed with info and exercises. Great if you’re thinking about NLP and want to test the waters.

  11. Evan

The book is surprisingly short (readable in about an hour for a average reader). But it has a few interesting points. It makes you think about what is impacting you day to day – noting down when you think of your trigger. I think this makes you realise how much you are thinking about it.Then you work on positive reinforcement. You choose something you want to fix or change and change it – like stopping swearing. You swap a swearing for non swear words and do that for 30 days. If you ever slip, you start the 30 day count again. I reckon this is on the expectation you slip and have to restart a couple of times so you end up doing it for a very long time – reinforcing the change in behaviour.I’m not sure I’d recommend it. It’s a bit short and basic. I’m sure there are better books out there for the same subject matter.

  12. W E Loynes

Easy to read, an excellent introduction

  13. MacDee 68

Made a lot of sense in the introduction but then thought it was padded out with an unnecessary amount of discussion on neurology. Exercises not as good as expected and not really an NLP book I would recommend.
