Great for ASL students
I love this. It’s great to start conversations and perfect for my ASL students. Perfect shape and size and not too heavy. It’s worth it to buy it. It’s fun!

Good way to build friendships
So I have not had the opportunity to use these yet, but I did get the chance to look at a few of the cards and have shared the photos of the front and back of one of the cards with someone who I want to start having the ability to conversate with on topics other than what we’ve talked about thus far. I wish I had been able to use these 20+ years ago during the age when it was easier to develop friendships with others, but I’m glad they are available now and I expect they will come in handy for all of the people I choose to build lasting friendships with going forward.

Cute, compact, pretty decent questions
Nice sturdy box with double sided cards. Smaller than I expected but I prefer that and am pleased with it. Good mix of questions, almost all are work appropriate with only one or two exceptions, and I only found one typo within the whole deck and no true redundancies. Good ice breakers for friends, family and coworkers, but not really for kids.

We just all really love these cards. Usually, we use them at dinner time to get a little conversation going, but they have all been really insightful, thought-provoking questions. There are so many good questions and a wide variety of topics. Everyone feels comfortable answering. Exceeded expectations!

Odd questions
I bought this product to help with conversation topics for my language exchange group. We tried them out vut found that a lot of the quesrions were not very conversational. “What would you miss in the future about your life now”, is an example of one such odd topic, they were many others. From what i have seen, most of these questions are more ice-breaker than full conversation starters.

When hosting a family that we knew very little about, these were great ice-breakers!

These cards are very expensive for their value as an ice breaker! They are very small and the questions are sometimes rather abstract. I am using them in an ESL conversation group and some participants have difficulty deciphering the meaning of the questions (I would imagine them to be difficult for children as well). I will continue to use them, but feel that they were not a really valuable resource.
