    I learned about this book from a friend who loaned me a copy. What I read made sense in relation to what I understand about health and natural approaches to well being.I ended up ordering my own copy and am so happy it showed up much bigger than I expected.I noticed in reviews that some people commented about small sizes and I think if you just order the default listing here you’ll get this big one that seems to be around 8×11.

    I absolutely love this book and it is exactly what I was looking for. Not only does it have nearly every health concern I could think of. It gives an explanation of it, how it can be triggered, and how to fix the issues. The pyramids are really great to understand the importance of each step. My favorite part is the graphs where it shows you routine routines, and supplements. You can implement it to help with the issues you’re concerned about.
