Authorities in our business will tell in no uncertain terms that Lorem Ipsum is that huge, huge no no to forswear forever. Not so fast, I'd say, there are some redeeming factors in favor of greeking text, as its use is merely the symptom of a worse problem to take into consideration.

Product care

Anyway, you still use Lorem Ipsum and rightly so, as it will always have a place in the web workers toolbox, as things happen, not always the way you like it, not always in the preferred order.

    Good buy
Lots of fun using their imagination to create stories. My 3 yr old was even adding to the story which was fun to see. The pieces are soft/stretch but so far nothing has gotten ripped.

    My kids love these
This is my second time purchasing these. My 8yo and 3yo love these little people. ( my 3yo is very smart and does not put small items in his mouth) They put them in their toy cars and do all kinds of imaginative play. Sometimes we create stories and use the backgrounds provided but mostly they just play on their own. We had to buy more because they loved them so much. Of course a few got lost but my purchase was about a year a part. They hold up well considering they are being stuffed in toy cars every other day.

    Good Product!
It came in a ridiculously big box for as small as it is, but we did enjoy it and helpful with gameschooling.

My kids love it – perhaps yours will too
Back in the day, I would tuck my two boys into bed and instead of reading them a story, I would create one on the spot. It would always be about the three Totoros and their adventures with Satsuki and Mei. It would always start and end the same way, just the activities for Satsuki would be chosen by my older son, and Mei by my younger son. Usually they involved some kind of races. Or waterslides. Or racing waterslides.Listen, I’m not running for Dad of the year or anything but after about six months that bleep was exhausting trying to come up with new stuff. Thankfully my older son started to craft his own stories, and then my younger son eventually did too to spell ol’ Dad for a bit.So when I saw this I thought – what a great way to extend our nighttime story time, and what a perfect in-car game. And I tell you what, it does both. For whatever reason, our Boot is always a Magic Boot whenever it gets chosen.Let’s call it what it is – a prop. But guess what, props work, and when my creativity well went dry , this helped us keep our boys imaginations flowing. When my wife and I would take a turn, we’d weave in current events or history lessons in.Can only recommend, my boys are now 11 and 9 and both still ask to bring it if we do a long car ride. Or a swim meet.

Lots of fun using the imagination.
I purchased this for my son, not knowing if it would be too juvenile for him at his age. He is 12. The first time we played it was with my 12 year old son, my 19 year old son, me (42), and my mom (77). We had a great time making up stories to go with the items and scenes. There are five different ways to play, as per instructions, but we just chose a backdrop for our story and each drew five story pieces each. We took turns telling part of the story only using one piece at a time. There’s no real end to this game, and no winning or losing. It is just a fun exercise in the imagination, and a good way to pass time when you don’t feel like getting bogged down with other games with a bunch of rules.

    Let’s play it again…
I took this game to play when I watched my friend’s 6 children recently. They range in age from kindergarten to 8th grade. We all played it. I was amazed at how well even the youngest one did. They all enjoyed it & asked me to bring it back the next time I babysit. The game pieces are so cute. It’s easy to play if you have any imagination at all. It was really fun to listen to the imagination and creativity the kids had in telling their stories. I gave it 5 stars. I’m glad it was as enjoyable as it was cute. The game pieces are small so you want to make sure they get put away in the storage bag when you’re done so they don’t get lost or eaten by the dog or younger siblings.

Overall it’s great; lacks a little on the quality though
I was looking for some grab and go games that my kids can pull out and play at the table without me having to helped them out. This was it! My oldest boys are 7,5,4, and 2. The 2 year old simply enjoys listening to the stories his brothers come up with and giggling along. I just have my 4 year old pull out fewer pieces to help him come up with a story much easier. There are lots of laughing when they are gathered around playing this game. My only complaint in the pieces…I wish they were a sturdier plastic. And I wish the cardboard was a little stronger as well. I have to remind My boys throughout the game not to pull at the soft pieces so they don’t break. I do think you can easily add additional little pieces to the game to add more ideas as well. Overall it’s a fun game. I would have given in four stars but I had to drop it because of the price. It the quality was better for the price it’s another thing. But the quality isn’t there so the price doesn’t match.

  8. The Benes Clan

    Overall great
It’s a nice game. My kids are highly amused by the setup.I like the suggestions for game play and how easy it is to customize beyond those suggestions.Super easy to learn how to play, so you can get set up and playing within a few minutes. But two issues:1. You seemed to forget to vary skin tone, though I do see the expansion pack has addressed that… But it’s not great to need to spend more money to get diversity.2. I did not get all 50 of the little items, and since they’re soft and squishy I can’t just toss in random miniatures to get to 50.
