Angel Solar Light
The lights are very pretty but the customer service is Excellent. After previously noting on my review that one of the lights didn’t work, I received an email from the supplier asking if I would like a replacement or credit. After not hearing from me, they sent a second inquiry and very promptly sent a replacement set of lights which work perfectly. I was very impressed with this company’s care for their customers, which you don’t see much anymore and would definitely order from them again.

We purchased these to put in the garden, they are very nice, not cheap!! They definitely light up nicely too, They give off a nice glow.They are in the sun most of the day, so they stay on for hours at night.

Updated on 7/16/21 Only One of the Two Angels Work
I could not find a way to contact the seller. I purchased these as a birthday gift to my wife, but only one works. She was upset because the one that works is beautiful but she wanted a pair to “bookend” plants in our front yard landscape.UPDATE: The seller contacted me and graciously offered to either return for a full refund or accept another set (without returning the one I have in my possession). I chose to accept another set because my wife really likes how they look. Within a week of notifying the seller of my decision, we received another pair. They both work! So I am changing my rating to 4 stars. This is the type of customer service one should expect and receive. Thank you.

Shines Through the Night
They arrived the next day and were very nicely packaged. I just had to add each angel to the steak extender and turn on the switch that is on the back of the solar box. They were very sturdy and beautiful right out of the package. We didn’t put them in our Mary Garden until around 2 PM in October. Besides it being late afternoon and rainy, the sun here goes down about 7 PM, so we didn’t think the angels would light up much that first night, but they did! These are photos at sundown. Two are without my camera flash and the third one is with the flash. They were exactly as pictured and we are very happy. We put out brightly colored solar flowers in the spring and summer and wanted to try something else for the fall and winter for a little change of pace. The angels flanked Mary perfectly. The bonus was that at 5:30 AM the next day, the angels were shining just as brightly as when we went to bed! These solar angels are well worth the money. I will use this company again.

Defective
Received our 2 solar angels this morning, put them together, removed the protective film on the solar charger, switched to on and placed in direct sunlight for 8 hours. Tonight only 1 angel will work at all. Mind you, it is very pretty. Proceeded to contact the company’s customer service, text chatted with a tech and they said they were rerouting me to Just Answer which then tried to send me to PayPal and said I needed to pay $35 to chat with them which would be refundable but the fine print says you are signing up for a recurring fee unless you go back and cancel later! No thank you! So tired of companies making us jump through hoops because their items are defective! Dealing with Amazon directly now, after I declined to pay the $35, but that is a run around as well. Have to repackage everything and send it back, hope they receive it and don’t charge me again for a replacement, hope the new one works. Amazon should try some real customer service like Chewy.com for example. When their order is not up to par, they replace it plain and simple. It’s getting to the point where I don’t want to buy from Amazon anymore as the customer service and talking to computers not real people, stinks! Poor experience all the way around and it’s not half over yet! The light is very pretty but you’re taking your chances 50/50 on whether it works or not!
