Great purchase
I’m very happy with this set, I bought two and they’re working and look great. My vegetables are growing very well and the little window on the planter lets you see how dry your soil is. It’s a good quality planter for a decent price and moving it from one place to another is easy.My only criticism is that the plastic trellis is a bit flimsy, but so far it’s been supporting my tomatoes well.

Works great; not cheap
Assembly was easy enough and the self-watering feature (from bottom) allows for watering every 4-5 days, even in a warm climate like ours. Without it, we would have to water daily once tomato plants are mature. Holds enough soil for two tomato plants of 2-3 ft height (I do not recommend varieties that get larger). As expected, the thin trellis is not sturdy enough for larger tomato plants, but is still nice to have and can be augmented with some additional stakes and/or ties. I’m disappointed that the price has gone up about 10% from 6 months ago, but I guess this is like most everything else recently.

Convenient planter for a porch
I wanted to have something small that would be easy to reach on the porch. It was fairly easy to assemble and the planter is sturdy. Trellises are OK, but on the flimsy side. I put in 3 strawberry plants on April 10 and added 2 tomato plants and one pepper plant later. Here they are on April 30, doing fine! The water at the bottom of the planter is a great idea. It’s well worth the money

These work well for growing many types of planes and you can fill the bottom with water if your going to gone for a week or two.

Good for 2-3 tomato plants
I bought this to use in my grow tent to raise a few tomato plants. Once received, it was as large as I hoped and thus will work for me. Even though it is set up to be filled with soil, I will use 5 gallon bags so it will not be so unwieldy. This way I can remove 1 if the plant dies or I want to move it somewhere else.Easy to set up. The trellis is probably sturdy to function ok, but isn’t heavy duty. However, it is set up so it can be 3 different heights. This makes it so that I can adjust the height and put it in my grow tent just below the LED grow lights. Overall would buy again.

Planter box supreme
This box was just what I was looking for. It has all the features that make up a self watering box. Just the right size to fit on my patio. As a bonus it has a trellis that will allow you to raise a vined plant as well. It is a quality product and is easy for move with its wheels and handle.

Good Choice for a Patio Garden
I have a small townhouse patio so space is very limited to grow things so I thought this would be a good solution. I decided to try growing tomatoes so I bought two tomato plants, two flowering plants, and growing soil. After assembling everything, which was very easy, I filled the planter with water, soil, and then transferred the tomato plants into the planter. I planted the two flowering plants in a separate smaller container and place it in front of the planter. It’s been about two months and there are plenty of tomatoes growing and will be ready for picking in a couple of weeks. The pros of this planter are: 1. It’s long and deep enough to grow plants. 2. The three-gallon water storage is nice since I’ll be away for a couple of days and won’t have to worry about the plants getting watered. The cons about the planter: The plastic lattive leans backwards and I don’t think it will do well supporting the tomato vines. I purchased two cheap wire lattices at a discount store and put them in they are doing a much better job than the lattice that come with the planter. 2. Adding water to the planter’s storage zone requires a funnel and tubing or a long-neck watering pail. I used an electric siphon wand with a transfer tube to move water from a large bucket to the planter.Overall, I’d recommend this planter for anyone with a small patio or balcony.
