Ice to the Rescue
Very nice ice pack! One side is soft and safe for the skin while cold and the other side gets extra cold providing a lot of flexibility. The ice pack is large covering a lot of area so great for shoulders or lower back etc. The pack comes with a velcro strap to help keep the pack in place which is a great feature. This is a great value for the money and works very well for overall pain relief.

Great ice pack
I don’t generally leave reviews, but the struggle to find a good ice pack is real, so here it is. I bought two XL size for rotator cuff surgery. I already have a stash of other ice packs: 1 for a cervical spinal fusion surgery recovery, and 1 left over from the 1st attempt to repair rotator cuff. This one far outperforms the other 2 in terms of relief. The XL is great for a large area; I’m able to cover back, top and front of shoulder with ice pack. It does take a long time to get this pack to optimal freeze level (4+ hours), but it provides excellent relief for at least 30 minutes. There are 2 sides: one is a plush material and the other plastic. The material side is probably good for general pain, but the colder plastic side is great for intense pain.The pack is flexible and as I mentioned, allows you to bend and wrap as needed.The only downside is the strap. It is way too small. I wouldn’t be able to secure in place across body and over shoulder if needed. I had to add a long strip of Velcro to be able to do that. It would be difficult for larger people to secure around belly for use as a back ice pack. You would also need to extend strap. But, overall, I highly recommend it for durability, coverage, and cold factor.

Relief
I absolutely love this ice pack! I initially purchased it for my knees, as I suffer from patellar tendinitis. However, I recently discovered its versatility and used it on my foot, which was incredibly effective. The adjustable strap makes it easy to position and ice the exact spot you need without worrying about the ice pack slipping or not moving. I even wrapped it around the top of my foot and wore it like a shoe. The soft microfiber material is gentle on the skin, providing protection against freezer burn without blocking out the soothing relief of the cold ice. I’ll likely buy a few more so I always have one handy.

Great product! With one flaw!
This is an amazing product if you need ice for lower back pain. I would have given it 5 stars but took one away. The Velcro is on both sides, which allows you to wear it on the side that offers more protection for the skin or the one that allows the cold to reach the muscles better. Great concept, except for the fact that i constantly catch my sleeves on the Velcro. It needs to come with a little patch that covers the Velcro on the outside.

Perfect Ice Pack for my back & hip
This ice pack works wonderfully. It is large enough to cover my back and hip from side to side, and is comfortable to use especially because of the belt included to make sure it doesn’t move. But even without using it, this ice packs stayed where I placed it.Highly recommend this, and I would buy it again.

The Good and Bad
The good; I really like the size and shape of this cold pack and it seemed to stay cold for a nice length of time. The bad; the ice pack has 4 compartments of gel. The first 2 were filled full with gel, the 3 compartment only had a little bit of gel and the 4th compartment had little to no gel. The size difference is very noticeable just by looking at it. I am thinking of returning this one and purchasing another as I really like how versatile it is; you can use it on your shoulder, knee, etc.
