TERRIBLE Quality!!!
This is the 2nd (same) bag I’ve been sent and this one is falling apart just as the other one was! I love the bag, however, quality is terrible! I would really like a refund/credit, as this is a pain! I don’t believe I should have to deal with returning the item AGAIN!!!!
