Sturdy and Loved by the Birds!
This tower bird feeder is fantastic! It’s well-built, holds a good amount of seed, and is easy to refill. The design attracts a variety of birds, and they seem to love it. It also does a decent job of keeping squirrels out, which is a huge plus. If you’re looking for a sturdy and reliable feeder, this one is a great choice. Highly recommend!

Good starter feeder
It took the birds about 2 weeks to discover it, but now that they have it’s been a huge hit! It’s easy to fill, easy to hang, and has been sturdy. It’s always got birds on and around it, eating or waiting their turn. (For reference though, I’m using black oil sunflower seeds exclusively.)I haven’t had rain yet, but I believe the roof will keep water out!I wish I could rate it 4.5 stars – I do have my complaints, but it is genuinely a really solid feeder. But, it is time for those complaints: 1 – the perches are the classic stick kind, which limits the size of the birds that can eat from the feeder pretty drastically. Robins and cardinals will be too big for this feeder, and even house finches are a bit leery of how short the perches are. A backwards C shape is better, since it lets more sizes of birds land.2 – as often happens with feeders, there’s dead space at the bottom that the birds can’t reach from the bottom ports. In itself, that wouldn’t be a demerit, but the bottom doesn’t open on this feeder, so you have to awkwardly dump it (and get seeds everywhere as they fall out of the ports) to ensure that you don’t get seeds molding at the bottom.3 – I seriously doubt this is squirrel proof. I don’t have this problem at my place, but the tube and the perches are plastic, which squirrels will chew right through. There’s also not enough of a roof to act as a squirrel baffle.All that said, while I will be swapping it out eventually, I do want to keep this one up and out if I can, it’s great for small finches!

I’ve bought two of these so far, they’re my current choice for bird feeders. Birds seem to love them, and they’re more solidly built than the green plastic versions that look similar. A canning funnel helps for filling from a bag of feed into the small opening.

Attractive. Cylinder is plastic, but keeps it from breaking when the squirrels manage to drop it to the ground. Not really squirrel proof, as they learn to embrace it upside down and eat from the holes. Kind of fun to watch, though.

… and big birds struggle to get a grip. But if they are hungry enough they keep trying.Unfortunately squirrels can still get access by hanging upside down and pulling seeds from the bottom openings. But not much deters those pesky creatures.

Pour les oiseaux “des arbres” (mésanges etc.), et non bien sûr pour les espèces qui picorent au sol (pinsons, rouges-gorges etc.), ce sont les mangeoires parfaites : j’en ai installé quatre et j’en suis entièrement satisfait, elles sont toutes les quatre vidée en 24 heures avec un ballet incessant (à utiliser seulement pendant la saison froide bien sûr !) Métal et plexiglas assurent une solidité sans défaut, la contenance est suffisante et les manipulations aisées. En plus elles sont esthétiques et se fondent dans le décor. Le prix est tout à fait justifié pour un article de cette qualité.
