Good Quality and Works Wells
Size around the ankle is adjustable and it’s comfortable on the ankles. Weight distribution is even all the way around. Also the fabric quality is very good and nice color (I got green). I haven’t needed to change the weights since I need the highest weight for my PR exercises. It seems easy to change the weight if I ever need to.

Good product just hard to change weights
Good product. Fits well, easy to put on and take off and adjustable. The only reason why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because of 2 reasons. The first reason is that the weights are pretty difficult to change. Second, you kind of have to wear them over pants or really long socks because it’s pretty uncomfortable when they rub against your leg if you are wearing shorts. Besides those 2 things, the product is honestly great.

I absolutely love these. I love how you can change out the weight . They fit very comfortable on the ankles. I put them on while cleaning the house . I added my sweat sweets too. What a great workout. They really help tone the legs.

Easier to remove weights than put them back in!
Given that these are sold as ankle weights, I shouldn’t complain that I couldn’t use them around my knee or thigh, but I’ll complain anyway. The strap that fastens them is not long enough to enable such use. My bad in buying them and thinking that might work.What’s even worse, though, is the difficulty in adding back in one of the weights after having removed it. It is almost impossible to do. I tried to stuff one of the little bags into one of the pouches, and just could not get it to go all the way in. I finally left it hanging partway out.I would not recommend this product if you want to vary the weight — or if you want to use it on areas of the body that are larger than the ankle.

Fantastic Product
Absolutely perfect for me. I am getting back into strength training after some spine issues, so I needed to gradually increase the weight. This allows me to do it without being multiple sets.I read reviews saying that the weights were difficult to take in and out, but I do not agree. They are held in tight to ensure a good workout, but easy to move in and out.The strong Velcro should last a long time.

Pros: I like the fact that the Velcro sticks almost like super glue. I like that the weight can be increased or decreased. I like the comfortable way they fit.Con: I wish there wasn’t a gap between the weighted ends touching, but a comfy sock and good footwear ensure comfort just the same.Overall, very satisfied with these and the price is affordable and worth it.
