AMAZING!!! PERFECT!!! PERFECT!!!
I have used a number of meditation pillows/benches over the course of my journey to a happier healthy life and this pillow from mindful and modern is by far my favorite one. I love how sturdy it is, it forms perfectly to my bodies shape. It holds steady so I am not having to readjust during my meditation sessions. I have put it to the test and I can say with 100% confidence that this pillow will work for you. I have had numerous 1hr+ sessions and it’s just perfect. No more back pain, In the past with other pillows I would have to re-situate in the middle of my meditation and you know what that does…. I am so thrilled to have this cushion–I purchased the matching mat–aesthetically it is really pleasing to the eye—almost starts your meditation practice before you decide to sit–at least it is an excellent visual to encourage you to sit for your practice. It is very comfortable and made very well–the fabric is sturdy. If I had one concern it would be when it comes time to launder it–the seams are only single stitched vs double stitch–just means you will need to be mindful to handwash and hang dry when the time comes to clean. Comfortable and Durable
I really like this zafu, and it is of a very high quality. I’m tall (5’8″) and it raises me off the floor enough to tuck my legs and still be comfortable. It has the right balance of give to be comfortable and mold to your body, but is not so squishy that you don’t get support and stability.Unlike other zafu being sold, this came with no bugs: I opened up the two covers, and all the buckwheat hulls were perfectly clean.As a plus, the cover is very sturdy, made of a type of light canvas. For some reason my cat is drawn to this pillow, he loves to try to pounce and paw at it (I think he likes the sound the hulls make). His claws have snagged the cover, but there are no tears, holes, or snags. Win win!

Great Meditation Pillow for those Wanting Firmness, Lumbar Support & Fabric Longevity
Actual Dimension of this pillow are 15″ Diameter by 4″ Height. It includes a built-in Fabric carrying handle and the material feels like it has good longevity. The outer covering is zippered and can be removed for washing. One thing to consider if your backside is on the larger side, I am a 150lb 5’7 male and my caboose takes up the entire pillow, so take the time and give yourself a cheek-to-cheek measurement to ensure you’ll fit comfortably.The size and packability of the beaded filler provides great lumbar stability. Whereas many Meditation pillows arrive with a noxious smell to them, this one arrived nearly scent free. Also included was a coupon from MindfulAndModern.com that allows you to buy another item at half-off, you just need to provide your Amazon PO number. Keep this in mind if you’re also in the market for something like a Bamboo Bench to boost your Meditation pillow by 6-8″ while providing a slight forward slope that can assist with posture improvement.All in all, a great pillow that should last a number of years if properly cared for (as with all things in life).
