WHAT MAKES OUR BRAND UNIQUE
We believe in empowering artisans to change their local communities for the better, creating a positive chain reaction that grows to impact the whole world. To collect our Palo Santo, we work with communities in Peru and Ecuador. We work with different communities in Northern Peru, the Amazon, and the Andes region to collect our essential oils. Our pottery comes from Chulucanas, Peru; these are a few of the many communities we collaborate with. All of our suppliers utilize ethical, fair trade, and sustainable practices.
Palo Santo
Authentic Finds
Palo Santo (bursera graveolens) a dry wood sustainably harvested in the dry forests of northern Peru. When burned, Palo Santo leaves a pleasant long lasting aroma like incense sticks or sage as well.
Recognized for a myriad of powerful therapeutic properties, including the ability to uplift mood, strengthen vitality and aid in protection. Also beneficial for concentration and enhancing creativity.
Use a lighter to ignite your Palo Santo stick at a 45 degree angle, allowing it to burn for about a minute. Blow out and waft around your home or workplace, or anywhere else you desire clear energy.
We work directly with agriculturists and farmers in northern Peru to guarantee fair-trade practices. Local communities benefit directly from collecting and selling Palo Santo.
Our Palo Santo is responsibly harvested and eco-sustainable. Our Palo Santo sticks have been certified by Peru’s National Forestry Service (SERFOR). Packed in sustainable and reusable packaging.
Customers say
Customers enjoy the pleasant scent, quality, and value of the incense sticks. They find the scent lovely and calming. Many consider the sticks authentic and good for the price. However, some find that the sticks need to be lit multiple times and produce ash. There are differing opinions on the burn time.

Great Palo Santo
The palo santo is amazing! It has a beautiful, natural scent and burns perfectly. The quality is excellent, comes with at least 10 of them and the price is great. Perfect for cleansing and relaxing at home!

Good number and great quality
I love the smell of Palo Santo and this product delivers very high quality. The individual sticks are thick and sturdy and burn very well. Calm energy will rest over your environment on immediate use. They aren’t dry but light very well. It’s great they are very standard size and easy for pairing with sage and conch shell and eagle feather, gives me everything I need for proper smudging. IykykVery authentic and is use for cleansing or ceremony.

Exceptional Quality, Just Like in Peru!
These Palo Santo sticks are truly outstanding! The scent is exactly as I remember from Peru, as if I had bought them at artisanal fairs or outside the historic churches in downtown Lima. The quality is top-notch, and the aroma is rich, pure, and long-lasting. If you’re looking for authentic Palo Santo, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Perfection!
Bought them twice so far and I love them! Palo Santo is my most favorite thing to smell and these definitely smell authentic imo…they burn very well slow and steady. If you light one piece with just a simple lighter it does go out, which I appreciate so much because of what I use them for/how I utilize them. Needless to say I will be buying more as a loyal customer.

Heavenly Palo!!
This is the real deal folks!!I have a wonderful cabin on Airbnb that has been booked at least 75% of the time since 2015, so you can imagine how many sticks I’ve used to cleanse the energy between guests……let’s just say I’ve purchased A LOT of Palo Santo over the years and can honestly say these are the best!!Now, you can spend hours reading reviews for every brand of these sticks on Amazon and there will be people saying it’s real or it’s fake, but I have yet to see anyone explain how they know which is which!! So, from my experience, here’s my two cents on how to tell the difference:“Real” Palo Santo has been harvested from a mature wild tree that has naturally fallen and lain undisturbed for 5-10 years in the forest. As far as burning a stick, you light the tip & the flame should burn for about 15-20 seconds before it naturally goes out & will have a good smolder going over the entire tip of the stick. This will release a grey tendril of smoke for at least a couple minutes, and leaves a dark rounded tip when you’re finished. As many other reviewers have noted, PS sticks are used to dispel any negative energy in your space, and I have noticed that when the air feels particularly stale or “heavy”, I will need to re-light the stick more often to cleanse the cabin. I know some will think that sounds hokey, but just being truthful about my experience with PS for those who know what I’m talking about! With “fake” Palo Santo, the sticks probably are from a Palo tree, they were just not harvested properly….perhaps they were taken from a tree that was cut down and/or was not mature. As a result, these sticks are dipped in oil in order to have the Palo scent. When these sticks are lit, there is a large flame that immediately runs down the stick and releases black smoke. This happens because the fire is burning the oil on the outside rather than the actual wood. So, unless you want to burn your fingers, you need to blow it out pretty quick, which means you end up with only a tiny bit of the tip smoldering that lasts about 20 seconds before it goes out.Of course most importantly, the scent is completely different….. the real stuff has a wonderfully light, earthy smell, where the dipped one has a strong perfumey kind of smell that usually gives me a headache :)Luna has always shipped lightening fast and sent sticks that burn perfectly and smell heavenly!!

Good palo santo so far so good 🙂
Thank you for this palo santo!! I like that it’s sourced ethically. It came with 12 in a bundle, this will easily last me YEARS. It shipped fast an I love them. I cleansed them with my remaining stick. You gotta appreciate the trees life an wisdoms. Smells slightly different than my old one but I don’t mind they are probably from diff locations, I got my other ones from someone else so that’s probably why.To the people complaining that it “doesn’t burn long” understand that it’s not incense or sage. It’s wood. It’s not meant to choke you out, just light it longer then blow it out it burns very well for me. It’s meant for relaxing or meditating, sleeping or anything you want. I also use it to cleanse and protect before I go around people. But be grateful they aren’t shredding down the living tree! They collect them (as claimed) which is awesome. The more gratitude the more Potent it is in spiritual help (iykyk)
