I never write reviews but these supplements have drastically improved my overall well being! I was having trouble sleeping for months, and I tried various other sleeping aid products. I have to write a review on this. I have taken other ashwaganda products but this one, THIS ONE is by far the best one and most effective one I have ever taken, for me it took about a week to take effect on my body, but my metabolism is fast. Some may be different. But if you take it every day around the same time you will notice a difference in your mood. I struggle severely with anxiety, and mood disorders, most times I’m angry constantly, which as you can imagine is very disruptive in my day to day life. I’m very good at controlling it on the outside, but my thoughts are what drive me crazy. Constant negative thoughts that put me into a bad mood. Since I’ve been taking this I’ve noticed I’ve been able to replace the negative thoughts with positive solutions and I’ve been able to get through daily tasks like a breeze. I haven’t been taking this product for about a week and a positive I’ve been able to take away from that is I’ve learned to re-wire my thought patterns better, but I still struggle with becoming disinterested in repetitive tasks like work so I lose focus a lot. I have re-ordered 2 bottles this time, because this DOES work. Wayyyy better than any of that fancy stuff you find in target or whatever. The label may look boring but the product is AMAZING!!!
