I have the scale and measure tape. It syncs with Apple Watch and I downloaded the Proof App. I do with friends from afar and it helps us as a community to support and motivate!It works great on my flabby arms. Can see them getting some muscles. Do not have to jump. I walk in place, squat. And march. Good cardio and you can feel the burn. Good weight.Easy to set up and sync with Bluetooth. 5 stars for me, I am enjoying this jump rope. I am using it every other day, doing 1 hour sessions, getting a good sweat out of it. I use it at home and I am not afraid of damaging the ceiling or walls. it’s very convenient, easy to carry and the app is easy to navigate allowing me to track my progress. My opinion is this is a highly recommended jumprope for an intermediate or advanced jumper who already has a rhythm and coordination with a regular rope and doesent have the space and wants to jumprope indoors for whatever reason (weather, office, small space etc).

Super excited to get started
I wanted to jump rope inside the house for exercise and this allows me to do so without the rope. It also syncs to my phone and tells me my progress. I’m not tech savvy but I think I can figure it out. Great price and delivered pretty quick.
