Ashwaghanda is fantastic for stress
I haven’t had a chance to use this brand yet but have been using Ashwaghanda for years. It keeps that twisted stomach feeling away. I started taking it every day instead of when needed and it works perfectly. It’s so much better than taking any kind of drug.
