My daughter loves this! She has a passion for it, and since receiving it, she’s been able to watch videos and learn various stitches. It’s a fun and engaging activity for kids. The colors are vibrant, and it’s easy to use. However, the yarn provided was a bit too small in quantity.

Not Bad
Lots of supplies in one kit. Yarn skeins are tiny, enough for 2 granny squares with a little leftover. Great for small projects or a rainbow Afghan, but otherwise you’d need multiple kits for enough yarn for a large project.

Yarn is not good
The kit as a whole is pretty nice. I love that there’s so many color options in the yarn. All of the hooks are good quality, easy to hold and work with, but the yarn is not good. I know, I know “what do you expect for such an affordable priced starter kit?” Well considering that they say in their description that it is good yarn, doesn’t fray or separate, I expected to be able to do more that 3 stitches before it’s completely falling apart. It could be user error as I am still fairly new to crochet, but I have used other yarns in the past that didn’t completely fall apart 3 stitches into a project. I love the tote bag and the box that all the other supplies come in. The little booklet that comes with it is great at explaining what each thing is for, like the stitch markers or the row counters etc. But the biggest issue is that this yarn is almost impossible to get through.
