Snap together
This isn’t a solid hoop like the kind I remember. This is plastic that snaps together which I guess you could make to the child’s waist so it’s not to large.

lightweight and versatile toy
My toddler great nephew and I are thoroughly enjoying these hoops. Right now they are being great toss rings. I toss them and together we run to catch them. They are lightweight and easy to carry everywhere. They also disassemble and become compact.

Doesnt work as a hula hoop
There is no weight to them at all and are crooked when you assemble. Therefore you cant hula hoop with these rings, they’re missing the necessary sand/weight needed to properly hula hoop. My 2 year old still likes them to play with, but def not a “hula hoop” just a “hoop”. I wouldnt have bought them if I wouldve known they cant be used as a hula hoop.

Cute toy
These are cute and small. Great size for kids but not adults. The only problem is one of the ends got bent a little putting together so you need to be careful.

Hula Hoops that Don’t Hula
Bought these due to cost and ability to store. I guess they’d be great for a 5 year old but that’s about it. Cheap plastic that isn’t as easy to put together as it seems. I think we received an extra piece? Hard to tell. Once together, they do not move around the hips–they just drop to the floor–assuming because there’s no weight in them. I considered adding sand inside but I’d have to destroy the piece to put sand inside. I’d like to send them back but it’s probably not worth the hassle unfortunately. Don’t buy them unless you’re looking for some disposable item to use for a picnic or something!
