The construction is more suitable for people under 170 lbs. it does not have any bearings so the heavier you are affects the free rolling and reduces its use and versatility.

It would have been great i guess if I could get it use it the pins to hold the bar in place is not working properly. The other reviews i read was handles breaking i really was hoping it was just a default one one or two but nope seems to be all of them very poorly built. Returning it .
