Ordering custom things on here tends to make me a bit apprehensive so this purchase was considered for a bit. I am so glad I ordered this ring. The process was flawless, easy, no hiccups.I wanted a ring with a certain word and didn't want to pay high prices for a ring with that particular word that was already made (because premade affirmation rings [other sellers and slightly different style but same word] were quite overpriced), so I had a custom one made from this seller and I am very pleased with it! It came out so nice and was a good price for a custom word ring. The word is well done, (not quickly home-made or crooked) and that it is small (not for everyone to read at a glance) because that is a more discreet way to wear affirmations. Being a band, it can also be turned inward for even more privacy, if needed. The size of the band is good for lady hands and for men who like slim rings more than wide bands. It is thick enough to be sturdy. I am not worried about this getting banged up when I go about my tasks.Ring was beautifully packaged, and the included note was funny, calling the customer "Bestie" made it seem like it was geared to a rather young customer, but the intention was friendly. There was also an extensive list of care suggestions that seemed geared to a young customer. There was info on how to care for it, what not to do, when not to wear it, (parts of it sounded like a parent who over explains the obvious), how to clean it and keep the letters poppin', even suggestions for how to make the words colored if you want (that one was good info). They did reference updating letter-fill with paint products from a specific other place in town which was a little surprising. It felt like a commercial, but it wasn't. So, while the inserts were incredibly detailed and considered, they felt geared toward kids, teens, young adults. (Perhaps it was a preemptive thing based on questions their customers had asked them) It was all kindly intended but a bit overdone (on rules) and the bestie part was a bit more casual than professional. It is obvious these ladies put a lot of time, thought and effort into all of it and there is a sense of warmth and humanity there.They put it in a decent sized sturdy box, larger than needed technically, however, with rings being so small, there's always a concern that they may get lost or squished in delivery and this box got the ring here perfectly without damage and without getting lost. That was appreciated. Thank you, seller, for not shipping the special creation in an envelope. <3They could cut the rule list down to save ink and paper and lighten things up a bit. The ring and packaging are great and very nicely done.Very happy with the purchase and would absolutely suggest them and their custom word rings. Would and likely will order from them again. These rings would be great gifts for someone who needed a special affirmation, word or name ring, one-of-a-kind gift idea for sentimentalists. (It's like a hug or love note on the finger)

I couldn’t be happier with my rings!!I ordered one just to try it out, and was so impressed. I ended up ordering another ring to turn it into a ring stack (highly recommend you do this too if thats what you’re going for). Quality is great, rings are true to size and overall just really pleased with my product.

The rings pretty but high maintenance.
The rings are beautiful. I love them . My only complaint is the care is so crazy . Basically so involved hard to wear during the day. I wanted to use all the time .
