Length description is incorrect
The quality of the bamboo sticks are good. But the 5 ft ones are actually only 57 inches long. A little deceptive on the description.

None broke in transit and the sticks are thick and are actually 5ft. This is plenty to support asparagus plants when they start to grow too tall to stand.

Most I left at full length, others I cut down to two feet. They are robust and not too skinny. I cut the box down a bit to dispense for myself.

It would seem that everything I plant wants to grow too tall, and then fall over. Bamboo stakes are a very good answer to this problem. They are sturdy, look good and are affordable, what more could you ask ?
