This thing surprisingly was awesome. It help up perfectly! Easy assembly and operation. If you are looking for a good ab roller look no further. I’m like 215 and it held me just fine. I wish I had a picture. It looks just like the ad though.I’d suggest this one.

Simple and easy to use
Honestly it’s perfect! Every other super expensive ab roller does exactly the same thing and all you’re really paying for is the name. This one is nice and wide. Supports a lot of weight and is easy to put together. It also comes with a knee pad!

Great exercise product!
He made it look so easy online, and I did want to tone my belly fat, so I bought it… I had no idea what I was getting myself into. This is actually a sturdy, well constructed abs wheel. It’s a simple design, easy to assemble, portable & lightweight, and it works! *Don’t judge it’s results by me. I have actually used it a few times and found it admirable that it was sturdy enough to support my weight, and forgiving enough that I could use it on carpet without face planting or otherwise injuring myself. Knock-on-wood. I am by no means an expert on these things, but my only gripe would be the included knee pad that was way too small & too thin to help absorb any pressure on my knees. I replaced it with my gardening pad to give my knees the support and balance needed while using the wheel. Overall, it’s a wonderful exercise product at a great price & quality that looks good in my corner while I workout on the treadmill. 5 stars!

Nice and easy to assemble.
This works great for me @ 165 lbs. I’m not sure what the max. weight would be, but it feels like up to 220 or so would be fine.

Me gustó mucho este producto.Me tarde en buscar leer la reseña de varios y los comentarios.Tiene un bonito diseño que lo hace muy premium, es rígida valió la pena.Eso si su parte negativa es que la rueda no se mantiene fija como muchas otras.Se mueve de izquierda a derecha ese es el único detallé.Yo la uso por que me la recomendaron para trabajar el core
