This is a great product. I have been using this daily for the last couple months. It is easy to change from one wieght to another. This has been a great buy, it’s very easy to adjust the weight on the dumbbell to increase or decrease intensity of your workout. Thanks to this I have been able to get a few extra sets at home on the days I usually exercise my biceps, and can already notice a difference on the weight I can lift when I go to the gym.Overall, I think the quality is great and would recommend this to anyone looking for having dumbbells with different weight levels, without having to spend so much as it would cost to buy them all individually.
