Keeping me organized and motivated!
There is so much to love about this journal! From the structure and format to the paper quality and cover material. Everything comes together to make my daily organization less intimidating and more soothing and accessible. Definitely a new fave!–For a more detailed breakdown:- LAYOUT: First of all, the structure is fantastic. Having the weekly plan and priorities which can be broken down further in the daily is immensely helpful! I personally enjoying that it gives space for 5 priorities per day — it allows me to be goal oriented without spreading myself too thin. And the non dated format is great for me, because I don’t have to feel guilty if I miss a day.- PAPER QUALITY: This might be weird or picky, but the feel of my journals is also important to me. The materials feel very high quality, from the cover to the paper. I write with Pilot Precise 0.5mm pens or Le Pen 0.3mm pens, and they can smear on some paper types. But they write *beautifully* in this journal!- AESTHETICS: I really like that there are so many colour options AND that they are true to colour (from the online pictures). The packaging is also really pretty. Also — not one, but too bookmark strings! Yes!!- OVERALL: Really a fantastic product, I’ve already recommended to several friends.

Pleasently Surprised
4.5 STARS! When it comes to planners, I am pickier than most. I lean more toward Japanese stationery. However, when asked to give anecdote a try, I was eager to do so. I love the way the planner feels for both the cover and the inside pages; it is pleasing to the touch and feels sturdy. It has a classy feel with two bookmarks: Calendar pages that follow the year and daily pages broke out into Daily Schedule, Priorities, To-Do, and a Notes/Ideas box. It took me a bit to decide how this would best suit me, and it probably isn’t at all what they intended. It strikes me as more of a goal-oriented planner, to achieve maybe corporate-based goals. I am a kindergarten teacher and needed something to be able to keep track of my lesson plans and my mile-long to-do list for the week. Once I figured out my flow, the planner worked very nicely, and it was like a command station all in one place. The biggest thing I did not like about it and the reason I knocked it down a 1/2 star is the material for the inside pages. I was not able to use my fountain pen or Four Candies highlighters because they both bleed through. Equally gel pens smeared on the slick daily pages. I first thought to go with pencils but didn’t like it, so I found a Uni-ball ONE that worked fantastically with it. I am very excited to use this anecdote throughout the rest of my school year and check out some of their other products. I also think this would make a really good reading log/social calendar for bookstagramers and plan to pick up a second one for just that purpose!

Loved it while it lasted
I loved this planner, but don’t know if i would buy it again. i like that the simple design allowed me to customize each page if i wanted to or just use it with the classic pen and paper writing style. But when september/october rolled around, i was sad to find that the daily pages had come to an end – rendering the planner essentially useless for the rest of the year. There should be 365 days worth of pages in a yearly planner. I already filled out each monthly section for the whole year which just made running out of the daily section even sadder. if they made enough daily pages to last the year, i would happily repurchase this planner every year for the rest of my life. But until they make that change, i will have to look elsewhere :/

Beautiful Planner
I love this planner! It is so nice that I can choose what specific days go in it, instead of pre-determined dates being in it for me. The set up of the planner is nice and helpful in keeping things organized. The cover is beautiful and very quality. This is a great product!

Anecdote was kind enough to send me a planner to review and I gotta say I’ve lucked out. This planner is very thoughtfully designed and is highly functional. It’s also got a lovely textured cover, great colour options, and bleed-resistant cream coloured pages within. This is the only planner I’ve tried so far where I can write on the pages with my fountain pen (Kaweco fine nib) and not have the ink bleed and make the writing less fine. All the printing inside the planner is in delicate grey ink so it’s actually quite gorgeous to write in and your writing will always be the focus of the page. It opens with Jan-Dec calendars where you fill in the year and dates yourself. Then, each week day has a dedicated page which contains a schedule, priorities, to do list, and notes section. I like that there is an overview and extra notes section between every week so there’s room to catch additional notes. Most planners include the extra pages at the very end, but I’ve been finding it more useful included between each week. It gives you a little freedom to get creative with your planner too! I’ve made an unboxing and first look video if anyone wants to preview what the packaging and quality is like.

This is the planner of my DREAMS!!It’s customizable for each day AND has a timeline for each day and hour it’s so wonderful! It’s sturdy and have many pages.I love this planner and would get it again!
