Great for small spaces
Perfect for my needs and great price. My herbs are already sprouting and it’s been just 4 days. I love that they’re self-contained and don’t take up much space. They are smaller than I thought they’d be but that’s my fault for not paying attention to the dimensions. Told my mom about them and she’s ordered some too.

This is by far my favorite seed starting tray and I have many. As an avid gardener the nursery stage is incredibly important and these little trays work wonderfully my plants are thriving they are pretty durable while being very light. They look awesome and I got the clear ones so I could see my babies growing! Love this! Will be purchasing more!

Good Starter Kit, But Lid Needs Improvement
This seed starter tray works well, and I love the grow light and adjustable humidity domes. T setup is easy to use. However, the lid doesn’t stay on securely and falls off too easily. I wish it had a snap-on design to keep everything in place. Other than that, it’s a great product for starting plants indoors!

So far they are working out great. The kids come off a little to easy but the base and the seed pockets are nice and stable. It hold a nice amount of dirt to hold the seeds so they are nice and covered. And the humidity stays great in there. Juat waiting for my seed to sprout but so far it a great value for a little starter kit.

I usually don’t like to write reviews but this seed planting kit is so cleverly designed I have to comment. I start my herb seeds every year about this time and it’s a bit of a thrash. Whoever designed this kit knew what they were doing and thought of everything. I just finished setting it up and am impressed with how easy it was to set up and get it planted. Each 6-pack box has it’s own little grow light and deep enough planting cells to insure drainage and yet have water below the chamber to keep the soil damp. All you need is planting soil, your seeds and a USB electrical plug. These tidy little grow boxes are sitting on my bathroom counter where I can easily check on them.

Works, but watch carefully
This works to start your seeds, but does not wick water up from the tray. Maybe the hole in the bottom of each cell is too small — something. Water just does not wick up and I have to water from the top almost daily, which I was hoping to avoid. (Plants are on a heat mat.) I might enlarge the hole… hoping that will help.

These starter trays are a “must” for beginning gardeners!
I wasn’t sure about these cell trays. I am using them for starting seeds and at first to be honest and I bought too many so I did a return and then as life would have it….I am rebuying them because I won’t start seeds without them now. Here’s my experience.1. I am new to seed starting and gardening. After watching a lot of online videos, I tried other seed starting cells….but I Love Love Love these with the individual cells/trays/domes. I am starting seeds in the storage room of my lower level using wire shelves, heat mats and LED shop lights and I am all about keeping things easy and enjoyable.2. When you have a normal 6 cell (compartment) it is recommended to put two seeds in a cell just in case one doesn’t take. I use this 12 tray so I don’t have to separate them later 🙂 easy.3. These small self contained starter trays eliminate the worry of germination time. I can plant groups of seeds and adjust their environment on a smaller scale instead of those large 10×20 pans. Plants are super happy.4. I use less seed starter mix.5. I can tailor watering needs to the needs of these individual trays since they come with their own water retention tray, this eliminates overwatering of companion cells in larger trays. It also makes sure all areas are watered since my shelves aren’t level. (Larger flats 10×20 can have dry spots if the shelves aren’t level. Easy6. They take up less space until I am ready to pot-up. So they fit on heat mats and under lights perfectly.7. They are super strong and durable. Wash and reuse! Easy8. I can see the root growth of the seedlings, super helpful to know when to replant/transplant/pot-up. Easy9. The clear tray also lets me monitor the water absorption of the seeds…I can easily dump out the excess water if I need to or add more if I need to. Easy. (Don’t have to dump a 10×20 tray after removing all the cells…not easy)10. The vent holes are perfect for allowing some moisture to escape. Super helpful when I started lettuce since they don’t like the heat too much, but I closed them to germinate peppers, and everything else that likes it warm and cozy. Easy12. Every plant I started in these, potted-up (transplanted to larger pots or cells )nicely. (Tip: buy seeds from a reputable online company… amazon has nice choices.13. These starter trays have made my seed starting experience amazing and bountiful!You will see in the pics I planted on the 11th of January, not sure if I would kill things (maybe planted too soon) but the transplants look great and are going strong 11 days out! Love the trays, you won’t be sorry if you choose these in my opinion they are versatile and easy for me to accommodate the needs of the seeds.A happy girl playing in the dirt 🙂

These are amazing
Love them, also using seed mats I had 95% germination rate. Everything worked as hoped and they are definitely sturdy enough to reuse over and over again. I was impressed with all the root systems of my plants. The tomatoes I started under natural light are growing no where near as quickly as the ones growing under these lights. Very happy to have these to help me quickly start my seedlings from now on.

What I like of these is the clear plant trays. It allows to see the root system which helped me decide when to transplant the plants in larger pots. I have found that once the root system is well developed, the plant and soil can be easily removed in one “chunk” by gently squeezing the sides, then pushing a little on the bottom and pulling the plant by the stem (so the roots are not disturbed). When used this way, I expect these trays to be reusable many times.

ممتازة لانبات البذور في بيئة رطبة لأنها مزودة بغطاء يحبس الرطوبة، وبعد ان تنبت تنقل الى اصص كبيرة وتخرج الى الهواء الطلق. الاوعية قوية ومحكمة الصنع وكثيرة ولكن الغطاء لا يحكم الاغلاق. بعد ان نقلت الشتلات الصغيرة غسلت الاوعية وجففتها وحفظتها للاستخدام في الموسم القادم ان شاءالله.
