My desk chair isn’t the greatest and I sometimes feel lower back pain when sitting for a few hours at a time, so I bought this seat pad and am so glad I did! It adds a bit of height, which i notice helps my posture, and the gel cushion feels so nice and supportive to my hips and tailbone. When I use this seat pad, I no longer feel pain in my lower back. It’s nice and large, my boyfriend and I both use it, and I even sit cross-legged on it on my chair sometimes, and it’s very comfortable! It hasn’t flattened at all and we’ve had if for almost an entire year; when you’re done using it, it always puffs back up to original size and is nice and firm for next time. It’s about 2” thick which is perfect for me.

TLDR: Helps! But is not quite perfect (for me?)
I know when we’re desperately looking for pain relief context can be key, so a little about me: I’ve got chronic illness immune and pain issues, sciatica, several desiccated discs, bundled nerves, etc etc all through my spine but focused in my lumbar region. I also have some strange goings on with my SI joints and hips and some dysautonomia and blood flow issues. I wasn’t expecting this to be a miracle worker but honestly with all that going on even a little bit is a life saver. I had recently got a new gaming chair that had mixed reviews for comfort but on a budget you work with wishful thinking some times. This chair might have indeed been comfortable for those who prefer very firm settings but I am unfortunately more of a “Princess and the Pea” type.I’ve given a 4 all the way down because it has definitely helped! A good little bit in general, but when I can get my ADHD/restless-ness and sitting posture to behave it works even better! I have sensory issues and the fabric the cover is made out of is soft and comfortable and does not cause me any issues. The handle is great! I will likely carry this with me to any appointments I expect to be waiting at for more than a few minutes.The reasons I didn’t mark it a FULL 5 for me personally:-The gaming chair I have is quite large, so positioning it how you’re ‘supposed to’ takes a bit of work and semi frequent readjustment (this is also partially due to the fact that I often sit in the chair crosslegged as well and frankly it still somewhat helps even then if I get it smooshed into a location that ‘feels right’)-I weigh about 245 and I am about 5’10, it’s likely to squish for me a bit faster than the average person. (connecting to this concern is the below)-I am chronically online. AKA this poor cushion doesn’t get much of a break. Given my disabilities and issues I work part time from home in the same chair as well as scrolling, gaming, and doing anything else throughout the day. I am largely glued to this bad boy, so naturally after some hours it’s going to compact some and be more stiff and less squish. I don’t really see this as an it problem as much as a me problem as I should be getting up to walk around a little bit periodically anyway – and upon doing that it usually returns to it’s original status pretty quickly. If you’re a person who will be using it only a couple hours at a time you likely won’t experience this issue.All in all- for me it wasn’t a miracle worker, but I would still definitely say it was worth the purchase. It helped my hips
Surprisingly pleased with this cushion. I am 6-3, 280 lbs. and I admit to spending too much time sitting in front of the computer. I’m not saying it has healed my back and hips forever, but it gave me pretty good results, especially when it comes to my hips. It’s not a particularly wide cushion for me, but it does cushion my sit-bones and elevated me enough so my hips aren’t at an acute (<90*) angle, which has made an amazing difference for hip comfort. If it continues to help, I will eventually seek out a larger cushion so I don't feel like I'm constantly at the edge of it. For sure I would recommend this for someone who is smaller.

For a painful tailbone this is the only cushion out of 4 brands that really helped me. Would be nice to have colours or prints for cover. I would like to buy just the cover too because the cushion is very durable.

Eu comprei já umas 3 ou 4 almofadas, e essa é com certeza a melhor.É mais cara que a média das outras que tem por aí, mas vale cada centavo. Melhor isso do que gastar com pomadas, massagens etc. Minhas dores já melhoraram com 1 semana de uso. Sem exagero.O material se adapta muito bem ao formato do seu corpo após alguns minutos de uso, e volta ao formato normal dela após algumas horas.Ela é superconfortável, e não é muito mole e nem muito dura. Parece um pouco aqueles travesseiros Nasa, mas um pouco mais firme.O tecido da capa protetora também é bem gostoso e macio ao toque, e não esquenta muito.Enfim, achei a melhor, e com certeza comprarei mais. Tenho 1 no escritório, e vou comprar uma para casa e uma para a minha Noiva, que também adorou.
