Found just the right size for us
We’re required to dispose of food scraps separately from regular and recycled trash.We know the importance but it’s still annoying with the flimsy compostable bags that have been around for so many years.These bags solve that problem, increasing the durability of each bag many times over.Pro tip on bag/liner size:The larger size for a larger bin is great if you have a lot of food scraps and can take it to the compost bin every few days. For us, this solution felt wasteful because it was SO much bag and SO little food scraps.Meanwhile, the smallest bag was slightly too small for our smaller compost pail.The medium-sized bag has been perfect; small bin + medium bag = enough extra bag to fold over and protect the food from sitting exposed, but it’s then easy to grab and take to the city compost bins.No, I can’t believe I just write all that about composting bags, LOL.

Follow-up Review
Sorry I have to take back part of what I said about these bags before. Today when I went to take out the garbage, a strip ripped off the bag around the top. It just sort of disintegrated. Unfortunately, I had just dumped some leftover soup from the fridge into it, so there was a mess. Don’t know why — they’ve been fine up to now.The bag ripped cross-wise, in case that info helps the manufacturer solve the problem. I think these bags are a good idea, but they could be better. I’d also rather have separate bags than a long roll.
