Use Mala beads for meditation
Anyone can use the mala beads for meditation. By using these simple steps, even the beginner can get used to this practice:
❶Select a quiet and comfortable spot, sit comfortably with spine in straight position. Keep your eyes closed and take a deep breath. By doing so, you will align your center with your intention.
❷Chant mantras either silently or aloud with your eyes closed.
❸Use your right hand to hold the mala bead. Make sure to drape the mala between your middle finger and index finger. Starting from the guru bead, start counting each bead using your thumb while reciting your mantra. You will be able to recite your mantras 108 times until you reach the guru bead.
❹You may continue your meditation even you reach the guru bead. But make sure you start the process reverse instead of passing through the guru bead.
❺Because of high significance, you can find a lot of people using the mala beads while reciting the mantras. You can observe a person quietly.
And most of all, wearing a mala bead necklace symbolizes willingness to change and become a person.

My new go-to mala
I love this mala. The colors make it versatile to wear with any outfit. The weight is substantial as the stones are good quality. It is comfortable to wear and it is the perfect length/size. I was impressed that it is not on elastic string, it is cotton and there are knots tied between each bead. So if it happened to break you wouldn’t have beads flying everywhere. I think it’s a great value for the price.

Ok it’s alittle small in the size of the beads . But that’s ok . Well made, the knots in between the beads are tight in the beginning it will get a little looser. Long charm it has some weight to it pretty good in placed in side of its crown charm. I am happy with it, thank you

It’s simply beautiful
I love this necklace. My only issue is after having it and wearing it constantly. The material holding it together had broken. No problem because now I use it as a pendulum and hang it over my bed. I love this necklace/pendulum.
