Instructions / Precautions
Cold compress method:
– Place the Winluck cold pack in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
– Remove cold pack form freezer and place a light towel or fabric barrier between the skin and cold pack. Use the strap as necessary to hold the pack in place.
– Without professional advice, do not exceed 20 minutes of cold therapy at a time.
– Return cold pack to freezer and cool for 30 minutes before reapplying to area.
WARNING:
Continuous cold in one area can cause injury. To avoid frostbite, cold therapy should not exceed 20 minutes at a time. Continually shift the position of the product when use and never use longer than 20 minutes in one location. Check the skin under the pack frequently to avoid damage.
Do not use damaged pack. Discard pack if damaged, punctured or torn.
CARE AND STORAGE:
Store cold pack in freezer between uses. To clean, wash in lukewarm water with mild soap and air dry. Not dishwasher safe. Discard if punctured or tore
Care: -Wipe all moisture from the Winluck cold pack prior to putting in freezer. -Winluck cold packs are most effective when stored at temperatures below 12°F(-11°C). -Keep in freezer when not in use.

HOT WATER: bring water to boil, remove from heat, and immerse gel pack for approximately 4-10 minutes. After 4 minutes, check every 1 minute to see if correct temperature has been reache, then remove and dry it for use
**For safety of keeping contents inside the compartments, it is not advised to place gel pack in microwave for heating.

Great for Laser Tattoo Removal
I started the process of having 2 tattoos removed. One tattoo is a vine that goes halfway around my ankle and the other is just a 3″ dragon on my wrist. After a laser tattoo removal session, you need to cool the area with some type of ice pack; on and off that first day. These things are perfect! I’m able to wrap one around my ankle and one around my wrist and not worry about it. The velcro straps are long, elastic, and adjustable; so they stay in place. I just stick them in the freezer for 10 minutes and they’re ready to go. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Not much more to say than everyone else has, but I love these so much I had to chime in. I got eaten alive by mosquitos recently and I react very badly to mosquito bites. Hydrocortisone cream, calamine lotion, regular lotion, even icy hot, nothing helped with the itch. I can’t take Benadryl, don’t know if that would have helped, but the only thing that kept me from clawing the skin off of my legs was keeping the bites iced. And ice packs are great but hard to keep in place if you still want to, say, walk around. I wasn’t injured, just itchy, so I wanted to be able to keep doing the things I needed to do. I have a large heating/cooling pad with a strap for your back or hip or whatever, but it’s too big to easily strap it to a lower leg or arm. These were exactly what I needed, a good price, and I love that they come in a pair, so I could keep one freezing and use the other, or ice bites on both legs. The strap is plenty long, but wraps around to cover a small area if you need, and keeps the ice/hot pack on so you can move around or easily ice a part of a limb that you can’t just set a pad on. These made life so much more manageable while I waited for the mosquito bites to heal enough to stop itching and I’m glad to add them to my “emergency”/medical supplies.

Great cold pack for legs and arms
I love using these cold packs for my arms and legs. They work well and get really cold.However, I can’t give them 5 stars because the cold packs get extremely cold and you need to use a cloth between them and your skin, which can be a bit challenging to fit properly. It would be better if they came with a custom cloth designed specifically for these cold packs.

Great ice packs
My foot has been bothering me so I got these to ice it on the couch and in bed. The Velcro keeps it in place and the two packs means there is always one in the freezer ready to go. Haven’t tried the hot option, but these are great for cold. Would recommend.

Fits well, & i use it length-wise, with 2 straps. It stays in place when walking, especially with knee-high boot. Stays cold for about 30-60 mins. Good durability, washability, coverage, & good pain relief. Works well.
