I definitely felt like I was heard and their response time was incredible. Now that I have the full hypnowand experience I can say it is very cool and very fun. Definitely worth the price. Especially considering it’s competitors pricing. Thanks Pam! Happy flowing!I ordered this wand on Sunday (four days ago) and paid for two day shipping. I got it today, on Thursday with no manual, no usb, and my remote had no paper to detach to get started, along with only ONE washer as opposed to three. Not the shipping speed may not be on them as we are in a pandemic, but could I at least gotten a charger or the instruction manual with it? I’ve been so excited to finally play with this thing and I’m afraid I’ll break it because there no manual. Not to mention my finger loop has nothing to sinch it to my finger. So far I’ve bought a stick with a small bracelet attached to it. Will update score once I have a fully functional product

Quaranteed to break.
Nice lights, but fragile components and it will break quickly. The first one I got was beautiful so I ordered a second. Then the first hit the ground and stopped working. I ordered a third one. By the time I got it the second stopped working too. Now the third is not operating either. I think the important parts in the ends are subject to too much concussion. Plus the remote is a total hassle. Get a Wandini, lights aren’t as bright, but longer lasting.

Best Bang for your Beginner Buck
I am a Beginner and I got the emazing lights 30 some odd dollar wand and boy have I demolished that thing! But this wand is Heavy duty in comparison and SOOO BRIGHT! I didn’t want to spend the pretty penny on those REALLY fancy wands (you know the ones) but I am so glad I chose this one for my next wand. I have had it for awhile now and let me tell you…I have hit the ceiling, walls, and a few innocent bystanders and not a ding. I have misplaced the remote however, because the lanyard that comes with it does not attach through the teeny hole on the remote, but the option to pause on the desired light cycle is convenient! I like the rechargeable functionality and the charge is long lasting! Definitely worth the wait while it re-charges, and amazing for how bright the wand is. My biggest qualm was with the finger loop! I hate it…way too constricting and made it difficult to perform contact tricks. That was an easy swap by buying a knob from ultra poi (or a swivel loop)…easy cheesy. All in all it was a solid purchase!

Fun while it lasted
Really enjoyed the product. After about 1 year, it won’t charge anymore. I think the batteries wont hold a charge after a certain period of time and they’re not worth the effort to replace.

Fun to play with, fun to watch
I bought this wand after a friend recommended it to me – I’ve seen her use it before and it’s always been very entertaining to watch. The set up is easy and the instruction manual is very small and concise. The end cap that is removed for charging is very secure, I had troubles with it at first but quickly figured out it works best if you work your way around it instead of trying to remove it by pushing on one spot. We had friends over who had never played with one and they were able to figure it out very quickly. The lights and the colors are bright and crisp and there are lots of color options to choose from with the remote.Overall, great deal and easy to set up. It does not take up much storage space either, making it easy to put away.

Great Beginner Wand
This is an amazing beginner wand and looks great while flowin with the lights on however, the finger loop and string are low quality so if you plan to use this wand more than others or while at shows i would get a new string set and finger loop/ ball swivel. For the price of the led wand its hard to beat but for advanced wanders out there… you can not compare this to a flo toys wand lol

We had to use one of the weights on the bottom for it to work properly. Lots of fun. Love the remote it comes with to change the lights. Once it’s turned on by the wand, you can use the power button on the remote to turn the lights on and off.
