Lots of good information for anyone with sleep disorders
This is the first book on this topic I’ve ever read, so I don’t have a lot to compare it to, however, I found it very informative. I walked away with lots of things to experiment with in my search to improve my sleep. The author covers a lot of varying issues, and therefore the suggested technics, many of which are the same, become quite redundant. Nevertheless, I understand the need to do so. The book was no nonsense and easy to follow and lacks recommendations for specific brands of products, which I found refreshing.
