Very nice oil diffuser using candle only!
LOVE this! We filled the little bowl with water, and added some organic cinnamon essential oil. Works perfectly and looks lovely! Very happy with this! Pottery is sturdy and colors are not exactly as advertised, but assuming it’s due to natural variations of pottery… this piece is so pretty, and very pleasing. AAA+++

Arrived broken in the box.
I liked the warmer colors and the quality. The bottom was broken when it arrived, and I had to send it back and order another one. The new one has not arrived yet. There was no charge for the return through Amazon.

Quality craftsmanship
This little wax melter is not as small as others. It is very stable and has a nice size melting dish. The black and brown look is modern and minimalist. The candle spoon is a nice addition. Overall, it is made very well. This is a great product.

Great product but the packaging did not prevent damage to the base that supports the bowl.

The plastic part of the tea candle melted & wax poured out everywhere.
In addition to the candle melting wax all over because I used a tea candle that was poured into plastic, after burning for about 30 minutes, I blew out the candle & let the diffuser & holder cool. When I pulled out the candle, there was between 1/16th-1/8th of an inch of built up charcoal covering the bottom of the bowl that holds wax or essential oil & water. I made the mistake of attempting to clean it in the bathroom because it was closer. But it took scouring powder & muscle to scrub the charcoal out of the sink. The charcoal was oily, probably because I used a soy candle. I can only guess if the diffuser would work without making a huge mess if I used bee’s wax poured into a metal container, but I have no way of knowing. Also, I own an electric diffuser that I use, but I want to test everything available for using essential oils for fragrance in my retreat so I can determine which is the best way to diffuse scented oil. This has been an experiment for me. I definitely get a stronger aroma from the electric diffuser. I also own a travel diffuser which works differently than a regular one which also puts out less aroma much like the candle diffuser. This has been a learning experience for me. If you decide to buy this I recommend that you use tea lights poured into metal holders and stay away from soy candles. The soy candle I used was also scented, so that that could have been a factor in the charcoal mess. The second candle I used in the diffuser is an unscented candle & isn’t soy. The amount of charcoal is greatly reduced, though there’s a minimal amount just inside the circle underneath the bottom of the bowl. I totally love the style of this diffuser, so I will keep trying different things to see if I can improve it’s functionality without making a mess.

I no longer want a replacement, just give me my money back.The first one I purchased was broken, but not this bad. I received a replacement and this is the second one that I received and it is worse than the first. I cut my finger when I pulled it out, so I’m not happy at all.

We received the diffusers however one of them is broken and the other is not usable. We would like to request a replacement for these please. The second one we only used a couple of times and it burnt the underneath of the ceramic plate that holds the water and we are now unable to use it, as it gets too hot.
