Awesome!!!!
This book is awesome, it is great, I ordered this for myself as a Christmas gift from myself, I received it before Christmas and started reading it and then changed my mind and decided to wait until the beginning of the year to start it since that time was so close but it was kinda hard for me to just stop reading it after starting and it’s also hard to go day by day and to be honest I do read past the day that is at hand but simply go back and read the daily passage on the day set aside for it to be read, but back to the book it’s great, it’s written in such an understandable way, its as if God speaks through these pages in a way in which even a small child could understand and then having the bible reference to go to and read it the way it’s written in the Bible. It really helps you to clearly understand God’s paths for us as his children and followers. I loved it so much I purchased 2 more for other people and I hope they enjoy it as much as I am enjoying it.

Great devotional
I purchased this just for myself but husband asked me to read it out loud one evening so I did. He enjoyed it so much it has now become a part of our nightly routine. We cook dinner and before we begin eating we read the devotional for the day and pray. It has brought us so much peace. It’s amazing how God sends you the messages you need to hear and just the right time. I’m still deep in the grieving process of losing my sister and this devotional has helped me so much.

Read over and over year after year
Since receiving this devotional from my mom on Christmas, 2020, I have continued to read it every day every year since. Right after my Bible reading, I read the devotional for the day, even though I am re-reading it year after year day after day, the words continue to resonate for me on that particular day in that particular year. The author, Cherie Hill is truly anointed to have written such an inspiring devotional that can be cherished and read year after year. And I am grateful for her spiritual gifts. Easy to read devotional peefect for a new Christian
I purchased this devotional over a month ago with the intent to read it daily, find encouragement and growth in the faith. It’s very difficult to find a deep, well written, Biblically based devotional.This book is a daily read divided into sections such as Anxiety, God’s power, Provision, Sin, Help, Joy, Grace and Worry to name a few. A scripture verse is given for each day and a short reading.The book is a beautiful color and textured feel. It’s compact with easy to read font. The reason for 4 stars is I like a devotional with more depth. It’s surface level, basic encouragement, some very good, but the knowledge or relationship depth is not there. If someone is looking for a devotional for a new Christian this is an excellent option.
