    Wow!
    At first, I bought this book as a gift for my friend. Then I bought another one for my mom. Both of them are thrilled! My mom said it’s the best art therapy journal she’s ever had. She loves watercolor, and even though the paper in the journal isn’t very thick, everything turned out great! I’m sharing a few photos of the exercises, but not all of them, because this journal and its exercises are quite personal.

    Simply wonderful! I’ve tried a number of things to help ease my anxiety and recently started using color therapy during my sessions. This book provides the prompts to create a safe space to just “be” Chapter 1 was my favorite ❤️

    Journey through life
    I enjoyed “Heal your Soul”. It included many different creative drawing exercises to make me reflect on where I was as a child and my personality as an adult. I used to ask my mother to say no when friends would ask me to do activities. These exercises have brought to light how much I have grown as a person and creator. I loved the exercise where you drew the bridge from your past to your present. It. made me feel a sense of accomplishment. Sometimes, we don’t realize how far we have come till we draw it onto paper.
