Just like the photos
I’m really glad I got this bag though the product description is inaccurate. I went by the photos including the dimensions of 10″ x 11″ x 3″ which are the measurements of the bag I received. The product text description said 6″ x 8″ which I actually thought was too small for my purposes, so I’m glad my gamble trusting the product photo showing measurements paid off.The bag looks just like the photos & seems well-made. Again the product description mentions 5 pockets. I can’t for the life of me find a 5th pocket, but again that’s not a dealbreaker. There are 2 exterior zipper pockets which are deep enough to hold various things. There is the main compartment which is roomy enough to hold a lot of things. And there is a small interior zipper pocket. The strap is adjustable which makes it easy to use as a shoulder bag or a crossbody bag. The buckle on the front is purely decorative as it actually closes with a velcro patch. I would have preferred a functional buckle closure, but that’s fine.In terms of sturdiness, this is more like a purse kind of thing versus a sturdy canvas bag kind of thing. I have an army green canvas crossbody bag that I could put 4-5 books in no problem. This bag isn’t really constructed for heavy lifting. In my case, that doesn’t matter, but it’s something to consider depending on how you’re planning to use the bag.

A beautiful blend of practicality and tradition.
I got this mini crossbody bag for my wife and she actually loves it! Its intricate “Tree of Life” embroidery and earthy, boho aesthetic looks really good. The blend of hemp and cotton materials feels authentic, rooted in Nepali craftsmanship. It has a very compact size of 8×6 inches, while offering five pockets for organization. And the adjustable strap ensures versatility for different carrying preferences. The bag arrived promptly, and its handmade charm was immediately evident. The stitching was neat, the embroidery beautifully detailed, and the fabric felt durable yet soft to the touch. Upon using it, my wife really liked the thoughtful design of the compartments. The main zippered pocket comfortably fits essentials: a phone, a small wallet, and keys, while the four exterior pockets provide easy access to smaller items like lip balm and receipts. However, I did notice a few drawbacks after a couple of weeks of use. The strap, while adjustable, felt a bit flimsy compared to the robust bag body. Additionally, the zippers lacked the smoothness one might expect from a daily-use accessory. While the craftsmanship is evident in its aesthetic and construction, these minor issues made it less perfect for heavy-duty or prolonged use. Overall, this bag beautifully marries style and functionality with cultural heritage. While it may not be ideal for carrying heavy or bulkier items, it’s an excellent choice for lightweight, everyday essentials. Its natural design and unique charm make it an excellent accessory, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for something distinctive yet practical.Bottom line:I got this mini crossbody bag for my wife, and she loves its boho aesthetic and Nepali craftsmanship. It’s compact (8×6 inches) with five functional pockets and an adjustable strap. The handmade quality is impressive, with neat stitching and durable materials. It’s great for carrying lightweight essentials like a phone and wallet, though the strap feels flimsy, and the zippers could be smoother. Overall, it’s a stylish, practical accessory with a unique cultural touch, ideal for everyday use but not for heavy-duty tasks. 4 stars, great product!Pros:1. Unique “Tree of Life” embroidery adds a boho touch.2. Compact 8×6-inch size is perfect for small essentials.3. Five pockets for organized storage.4. Adjustable strap for comfort.5. Handmade with neat stitching and durable materials.Cons:1. Strap feels fragile.2. Zippers aren’t smooth.

Great look and gift for the right lady
I ordered this for may partner, as she is big on handmaid accessories and also interested in Nepalese culture. She loves the design but also mentioned that it has limited uses. I am still confused on the listing. I can’t find the fifth pocket. Two on the outside, a small one on the inside and the main compartment. This won’t organize a lot of small items, like backup makeup. A separate case for small things will be helpful. It will hold an Ipad or a book as well, but probably not a good look if stuffed full of stuff. It’s not a daypack. Personally, I like this look for her, so for gifting, this will work for the right lady. The price is reasonable for a handmade piece like this.
