Excellent customer service
I love the desk for the same reasons many of the other reviewers do, but the best part of Hoek is the customer service. The undershelf I got didn’t quite fit the desk, so it wasn’t secure. I emailed Hoek customer service and within a few hours the responded to tell me they had already shipped a replacement. Less than 48 hours later I got the replacement and it fits perfectly. No additional charges and no hassle. This was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!
