These are AMAZING!!
I have a minor knee injury from slipping in water off a step causing the hematoma. Needed to ice my knee for a week or so. I wanted something that is soft, not heavy and can bend around the knee. This is perfect!!! It froze within a couple of hours and the strap and fabric are so easy to use. As a plus size woman, I can tell this band will also fit around my waist for my lower back if needed. I have not heated the other one yet. So I can only review the cold. I highly recommend this set!!

This the the way to secure ice to your injured body part, easy to use and secure strap, extra ice bag for multiple injuries to ice down one after another. Should be a staple to your household first aid kit, with ice pack in freezer ready to use.

Good ice retention. Coverage is good size, light and effective. Freezes well and lasts. The optional straps are wide and helps I’ve pack stay in place.

You can also use it anywhere on your body because the wrap is like a belt. This belt feature helps you fasten it to your knee or calf or anywhere else, without a problem. Everyone needs to have this Ice Pack in their home.

I love ❤️ these. I get very itchy shins and these cool them off. I’ve scratched and used many different creams. These alleviate the itch without causing blood from scratching. They tame the beast.
