So easy to use
I purchased this product in black/silver. The look is really nice and I appreciate that. The thing I like best, however, is the ease of use. I normally sleep with a tower fan at night for the noise (helps me fall and stay asleep) but it’s now getting a little too cold for that. I decided to try a sound machine instead but wanted something that was easy to use. This machine does everything I want. It has many different sounds to choose from, all with the the touch of a button < or > and the volume is controlled by an actual knob. The volume levels are great and I am able to dial in the exact level I want. It has a timer which you can set to turn the machine off, for either 1 hour, 2 hours or no time (will run until you manually turn off). This machine is simple and perfect for its job. I use it every night and enjoy falling asleep to the noise. Very soothing. As with all sound machines, in order to find the sound you want, ou have to “scroll” through them. Since I don’t use sounds other than the “fan” sound, this isn’t an issue for me. I love the product and highly recommend it.

1: It’s really loud I have the volume turned down to the lowest setting which is perfect for me2: the timer starts at 1 hour or 2 hours or 3 hours I just wish it had 15 minutes or 30 minute optionsan hour seems like a looooooooooong timenow the good news there are lots of sound options I chose one and it works great I fall asleep faster then I ever have so really happy with the purchase and it was a good price too,

Sleeping Through the Night
I used a fan for white noise, but it was broken while on vacation (rather large to bring with me), and I didn’t really care for the airflow. I picked up this sound machine, and I fall asleep at once, and stay asleep. There are so many different background noises to choose from, and I like the fact that you can press a button, so that the lights on the machine go out. I wish that I had bought this sooner- great price, easy to travel with, and sleep through the night!

They sent me a machine that had been returned.
I’ll start by saying I like this device. Many of the sounds are soothing. I wish they had more than one ambient music selection like they do with the 5 (I think) traditional piano options. While I enjoy piano when I’m sleeping the sharp notes are more apt to keep me in a light sleep instead of letting me drift into the deep sleep I’m needing that I get from the rhythmic hum of meditation sounds. Also I have no idea who sleeps to the sound of a dripping faucet but perhaps that’s just me, something for everyone I guess. I’ll point out that one of the sounds I can’t identify, my best guess is hail bouncing off wood or maybe wooden sticks clacking?There are 30 sounds though some of them are just the same sound edited for a different frequency or through a different filter. The machine has the ability to play on a time setting or continuously and there is not a loop seam I have detected. As I said, overall the sounds have been great.Here is my problem. When I got my machine it was obvious it had been returned and they didn’t seem to put it through any type of quality control to verify it worked before shipping it back out. The clear sticker holding the lid had been cut and when it was opened there was no twist tie on the cord that new items come with and some of the packaging was disheveled. I was a bit concerned but I plugged it in and it worked perfectly and showed no signs of damage so I dismissed it. A week later and the device is still working great.I believe the problem is in the description. The photo description shows it uses a USB C power cord which, at least to me (and probably the previous purchaser), would indicate it is rechargeable since I didn’t actually read the power source description and wrongly went off the picture. They also claim in their description “it can be easily put into your backpack or suitcase, let you anytime, anywhere Easily carry sleep sounds.” No, it is not rechargeable. It has to be plugged in so you cannot *anytime, anywhere* carry sleep sounds. You can only carry the box to somewhere you can plug it in to play sleep sounds. Luckily I have a power source next to the bed, unfortunately I have to turn it up too loud to be soothing for me in order for my spouse to hear (or vice versa) and because it has to remain plugged in to work, we can’t place it in a different part of the room. So if you are considering it, be aware the device is limited.

The white and brown noise keep out all the noise that wakes you up in the night. I use it every night, all night.

Works very well, good white/brown noise options, use to use, small and portable.
