Bought this for a grieving friend and she absolutely loved it. The craftsmanship of it is beautiful. It’s very well made. Heavy but not too heavy. Has a nice saying on it. It’s a pretty good size. The sound is beautiful she said. She loves falling asleep listening to it. It gave her a lot of comfort. Worth every penny. Came in a pretty box with a small card. Makes a great gift for someone grieving.

I bought this as a sympathy gift for a friend of mine who lost her brother. I love the fact that it was delivered next day, so that I had it in time for the calling hours. However, there were a number of different options for occasions it could be used for and even though I ordered the “Sympathy” version, with an appropriate verse, the one that was delivered was the “Best Wishes” option. The chimes themselves are nice looking, the string looks sturdy and was not tangled, and the presentation was very nice. They come in a nice, navy blue box.
