    Perfect for mindfulness journey of all levels
    This book is a must have for any stage in your life. It goes over the importance of mindfulness and I love that it has activities for you to do as well as space for you to leave your own notes. Dr.Pete has hit it on the nail with this one and explains mindfulness on all levels. It is an easy read especially for someone beginning their journey into mindfulness such as myself. This is a book we can all appreciate !

    I’ve learned a lot from this workbook. I pretty much completed it and I found it so helpful and informative! I definitely know more about mindless now then before working in it. I love the quality of the book and how the author makes you apply it! Definitely recommend!

    Simple is king!
    Although I have always considered myself a mindful person. Dr. Pete helps me in this workbook focus on getting centered with my meditation practice.I love that he keeps it simple to understand the concept of meditation.

    Full of useful exercises
    Although I’m not new to mindfulness, I’m always looking for new tools to help me with my practice, and so I ordered this book. It has some really nice exercises, and I’ve been using it a few mornings a week. With all that’s been going on with COVID-19, it’s nice to have a tool like this that that can help ease anxiety!

    What a fantastic book. I started reading it and within the first few pages I could identify with how to use the book. I started reading and Dr. Pete is correct when he states you need to take his book in chapter by chapter.. I can’t wait to move forward and enhance my mindfulness especially I suffer from depression.

    Dr. Economou offers a really wonderful choice for a mindfulness workbook for beginners. I’ve been practicing mindfulness for years and the benefits it has brought me has gotten my husband’s interest. I selected this book for him and was delighted at what it offers.
