artificial smell reminiscent
I have been using palo santo for over 10 years, and I must express my disappointment with the product I recently received. Upon opening the box, I immediately noticed a significant difference in scent compared to authentic palo santo.When I lit one of the sticks, I detected an artificial smell reminiscent of plastic, rather than the natural aroma I expect. Additionally, the sticks are all cut with an unnaturally uniform appearance, which is not typical of genuine palo santo wood.Given these concerns, I would like to request a full refund for this purchase. I believe it’s important to maintain integrity in the products offered, and I hope you will address this issue to prevent misleading your customers.

smells amazing
Yes they don’t keep burning until the whole stick is gone but there is no need for it burn that long. Couple seconds of smoldering is all it takes to have my 2000 sqft home smelling good. I don’t even have to light them to get the fragrance circulating thru the house.

Let the purifying begin
This product is good, but it smells like black licorice and will smell up the entire space the box sits in. Not that’s it’s bad but it extremely potent. Burn time is quick and it’s about 4 inches. Once lit, it last maybe 5-10 minutes, depending on humidity in your area. It most definitely purified the water while 1200 sq.fr downstairs.

This Palo Santo although is good and smells great, burns too fast and it doesn’t lasts long.

The product it’s well-produced and has a nice organic shape. However, the sticks don’t burn right and the smoke/smouldering stop too soon after blowing out the smoke. And the smell does not have a strong santo smell.
