Getting Stronger
Comfortable and easy to wear on wrists and on ankles. I use on wrist while walking and I wear on my ankles while I do chores around the house. Good value. Slip resistant even when you perspire. Easy wipe clean and Velcro closure is holding up after several uses. Perfect weight to tone and not strain.

I like the new wrist /ankle weights. Took a little “fiddling” to figure out but I’m 75 and just starting to use new exercise equipment. They are very comfortable and easy to use. Look good, too.

Easy to use and store
I use it for walking indoor on treadmill and outdoor walks. The weights are well made, easy to use and take up hardly any space. Definitely a good value. The Velcro strap and strength are excellent. I definitely recommend this product. I am looking at purchasing another set as a gift.

I always get worried when I purchase products for my wrists and ankles because I have very small wrists and ankles. These, however, are adjustable to fit any size. They are also super comfortable to wear. I wear them to work as a nurse and to get some extra weight in. I also really love how the product comes with a letter from the founder that emphasizes their goal for their customer to be satisfied and urges them to reach out with any concerns. The product also comes with a year warranty!
