Colorful, with great features
I obtained this note book for my spouse to use for her medical appointments. The features are ideally suited to this use–the bright color makes it easy to find and identify. The size is ideal– large enough to take reasonable notes during an office visit, record the date, the provider’s name, weight, BP, PO2, results from tests, recommendations, new medications, instructions, etc.. The notebook has a pocket in the back where you can store business cards for each of your providers, the ribbon bookmark makes it easy to find your place for the next visit. It is big enough to fold your tests orders in half and store them at the front, then the band can be stretched around and keep them secure as well as keep your private info private. There is even a pen loop. It is a great notebook for the price and is built to last for the many years it will take to fill with all your medicall info.
