Authorities in our business will tell in no uncertain terms that Lorem Ipsum is that huge, huge no no to forswear forever. Not so fast, I'd say, there are some redeeming factors in favor of greeking text, as its use is merely the symptom of a worse problem to take into consideration.

Anyway, you still use Lorem Ipsum and rightly so, as it will always have a place in the web workers toolbox, as things happen, not always the way you like it, not always in the preferred order.

Seeking health and Wellness for our brain!
Is a very good guide that mixes neuroscience and personal wellness to offer an approach to the health of our brain and to have a healthy and fulfilling life. The reading shows how glucose, which is the main source of energy for our brain, influences our emotional thoughts. The explanations in the book are very clear, the author details how imbalances in glucose levels can generate many cognitive, emotional and physical problems, contributing to the loss of hope. In addition, he addresses external factors, such as social pressures and brain injuries, which can perpetuate a cycle of hopelessness. This book does not stop at the problem, but offers several solutions to restore brain health such as optimizing metabolism to strengthening resilience, this work invites the reader to embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. It is a very good and essential read for people seeking to regain their joy and a fulfilling life.

Fascinating research on the reasons humans lose hope and how we can turn that around
I found this book to be unlike anything I’ve read before in that it combined physical and mental health and suggests that all illness is related to excess glycose burning in our brains and a progressive loss of glucose over time due to many reasons that we would not suspect are causing us harm. So, our brains don’t function like they are truly capable of and we live lesser lives for it. This loss of hope occurs “biologically, neurochemically, psychologically, relationally, and spiritually. That pretty much covers it. My favorite quote that describes the theme of this book is “”Hope is rooted in the understanding that the most important frame of reference is that I am infinitely worthy regardless of my behavior or how others perceive me.” My only criticism is that I was thinking the author would suggest where to find good sources of glucose, but that part was missing. Still a five-star book in my opinion.

    Very good read
To function properly, the human brain requires blood to continually supply it with oxygen and glucose, which is why it is necessary for us to know what its function is, and the relationship that exists between them.In “Restored Hope”, author Stephens shares his knowledge on the topic in question. This guide explores the complexities of brain function and how glucose fuels thoughts, emotions, and actions.I really liked the way the author presents the topic in question; I think his explanations are clear and concise. I would have liked the book to contain some graphics or images, but it is only a constructive criticism; the lack of images does not in any way affect the explanation of the topic.

This book is a groundbreaking investigation into the strong connection between brain health and glucose. The author shows that when a person has imbalances in their glucose, their cognitive skills and overall health can suffer.Stephens does a thorough exploration of brain function, personal difficulties, brain damage and social pressure. He provides practical actions that can help the reader improve glucose metabolism as well as physical and mental health.Restored Hope is a guide that can help people improve their quality of life by knowing their proper glucose levels and how to control them.

    Learning about Brain Function
I enjoyed reading this book as an older person trying to keep my mind sharp. I learned that glucose is a main component of brain function. A proper glucose metabolism helps brain function. The old saying that you are what you eat comes to mind. It discusses the right nutrition to take to fuel your mind. So many diseases and conditions of the mind were discussed. The book discusses the science of the brain function and what you can do to avoid or manage a brain condition.

  6. Steven Ulysses Allen

    Very educational
I used to teach biology and even I l;earned a lot about sugar and glucose. The author reviews the chemical formula for glucose and other monosaccharides. Dr. Steven goes on to suggest that glucose has been demonized but in reality it is the preferred fuel source by the body including the brain. However, he does go on to suggest that there is a such thing as having too much glucose in the wrong places and methods for elimination from the body to restore balance. This is a good book if you’re trying to optimize your health.

    Healthy Mind and Body Functions
“Restored Hope” by David Stephens is revolutionary in the sense that we are in charge of our health, thus we can control our vulnerabilities -be it an occasional mental fog or this emotional roller-coaster most of us ride from time to time. The scientific understanding and the practical solutions behind the management of glucose, thus the management of our urges and feelings can lead us to better physical health, as well as a well-balanced and well-lived life. I have loved every sentence and every paragraph of this book, for they educated me into a better me. I highly recommend it!
