Thick and soft to lay on. I am using it at yoga now. It is quite curled up but that is OK bc the last curl is like a pillow. I’m sure it’ll relax if I leave it open for a while. Love the purple/eggplant color. Also got the darker blue mat that is also a pleasing color. I will also use this for camping or laying in the yard. Good value for your money. I am satisfied with quality but can not speak to longevity. One thing though, I got what they call a used mat for a lesser price. Usually that means the box is smashed or whatnot. This purple mat was missing the carrying stap. Wish I had it. The mat is awkward to carry without it.

Very Comfortable: Favorite Fitness Mat
This fitness mat is incredibly comfortable and provides excellent support for my joints and knees. Squishy and Luscious
I wish my whole floor could be made out of this 🤩 – it’s very thick and allows me to exercise on a tile floor with zero joint issues. It’s important to handle it gently, because the soft material can chunk off. I leave mine on the floor so my dogs can jump on it, and their nails sometimes tear little pieces off. That hasn’t ruined the integrity, so I can still use it just fine. 10/10!

Beautiful Mat
I was looking for a thicker padded mat for my yoga and Pilates. I ordered the ocean blue color. It is a beautiful deep color that is relaxing to the eye. The mat was very thick and dense, but still seemed lightweight enough to carry. I ended up returning it because it was huge rolled up and I decided I didn’t want to carry it around. I ordered the half inch Matt in sage green instead this brand and absolutely love it.

Wonderful on Knees; Narrow for Pushups
This 1″ thick exercise mat is wonderful for my knees. This is high density foam that does not bottom out. I’m very happy about that. The length is good, but the width is narrow for me to do pushups. I recommend one to get in a pushups position or whatever the widest exercise position, and then measure from outside of each hand to make sure this 24″ mat will work wonderfully for you. And with the 1″ thick foam, hands going partly off the mat doesn’t work well. I went from a 2/5″ mat to this. My preferred solution would that they would make this 1″ mat 27 to 30 inches width. Otherwise, a 1/2″ mat might work better. With a nice mat like this,I was surprised at the cheap straps and carrying handle. It is too thin of elastic and rolls up. My 2/5″ mat, which was half the price, had nice 1″ Velcro straps with a sturdy handle.

Very thick and comfy mat
This is probably the best mat I’ve ever bought. I’ve tried thinner ones and it was like i was on the hard floor directly. But with this mat it gives me enough cushion that I’m still stable and I can do the exercises without being in pain. I would highly recommend if you’re wanting a functional mat that also gives cushion. Plus the color is beyond gorgeous!

If you’ve got tailbone issues, a sensitive back or you just like cushy things, this is the mat for you.I’ve always struggled doing any kind of work outs the force me to put direct pressure on my lower back. Never have I had any sort of mat that provided any relief to that pain. Until this one. It’s thick, yet still soft enough to provide comfort. Plus the color is freaking adorable. It’s also one of the easiest mats I’ve ever rolled up. The carrying strap is stretchy and easy enough to put on that I’ve done it one handed.

Exercising in comfort.
I enjoy using my mat at my gym. It is so nice to not be feeling the hard floor. Now I can work out & not have sore knees, hips, nor rear end. It was worth the money. Exercising in comfort is the best way to go. It’s long enough to where I can exercise & not end up off the mat. I’m pleased my feet don’t slip. It’s light weight & eady to carry.

This is a quality mat and really saves my back during classes. It is rather bulky to carry around, but it’s worth it. I tried using the thin little mats at the gym but my back bothered me and I don’t like using public equipment. This is easily cleaned with a disinfectant and a cloth. It came with a carry strap that wraps it around between classes. It is thicker & heavier than a normal mat.

Im lokalen Handel gibt es Matten bis zu 2cm, genau deswegen habe ich im Internet bestellt. Die Matte sollte 2,5 cm dick sein, es sind aber nur 2,0 cm.

Spessore da 2.5 cm , veramente incredibile.Per chi ha problemi come me a fare esercizi a terra perché ha dolore alle ginocchia o ai gomiti…con questo tappetino risolve ogni cosa!
