Great Product!
I needed this item because my left knee went out & I was in alotta pain. Thankfully! These came just in time! I had this item many years ago ad was delighted to get this back w a much improved oval design. What’s even more awesome is the item comes in 2 ice packs & I needed to use 1 right after the other so great. These ice pacs freeze quickly and mold well around my knee. I use it on my neck to, wherever I need icing. These ice ensemble saved my life and the velcro really sticks! I had to get up on a ladder wearing 1 for pain and the ice pack stayed secure the whole time. Great Product!

These Medvice gel packs are a lifesaver for aches and pains. Whether I needed cold therapy for swelling or a bit of heat for sore muscles, these packs got the job done. The adjustable strap is super convenient—it stays put and allows me to move around while treating an injury (multitasking win!).The gel packs are flexible even when frozen, which is great for contouring to knees or shoulders. However, I did notice that they don’t retain heat as long as I’d like—about 20 minutes tops before reheating is needed.Overall, they’re sturdy, easy to use, and effective. With a little improvement in heat retention, they’d be perfect. Still, a solid 4 stars for how versatile and handy they are

It’s hot. It’s cold. That’s it.
It’s simple and effective. I keep one gel pak at room temp and one in the freezer. Makes it easy to go from cold therapy to hot. Microwaving takes about a minute. Makes my lower back happy! Great value and does exactly what it’s supposed to.

Perfect size ice pack or hot pack for smaller needs. This worked great on my knee. I also used it on my elbow. It works effectively. It stayed frozen for a good amount of time. You can wash it very easily.Great little ice pack!

I recently sprained my right ankle. As part of my recovery process I needed to elevate my right ankle while icing. These icepacks are soft, bendable, lightweight, and the perfect size for wrapping around my right ankle. Great price for two icepacks plus the cover with velcro straps.

The product is flexible around my knee. I had total knee replacement surgery, and both areas of my lower leg around the ankle need to be iced. This is the problem with this product: Ice retention is lousy. No matter how long it’s in the freezer, it only stays frozen for a very short period of time.
