Perfect Smart Ring for Sleep Monitoring and a very good price
I gotta say, this smart ring is exactly what I was waiting for! It monitors my sleep accurately, which is something I’ve been wanting for a while. The ring is compact and lightweight, making it super comfy to wear. The price is good, and it comes with an excellent app to keep track of all the features. One of the standout features is its awesome battery life, which claims to last up to 2 weeks. The charger and case, made of high-quality aluminum, charge up quickly, which is really handy. The material of the ring looks elegant and feels durable. Plus, it’s incredibly lightweight.I’ve only been using it for a day, but the sleep monitoring has been very precise in tracking the moments I woke up, which is something other rings have struggled with.Overall, I’m super satisfied with this smart ring and would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and stylish option!

Finally, good ring, no subscription
Finally a ring The checks all the boxes. I mainly bought for the sleep apnea algorithm which seems to work pretty good and does not require any additional subscription. All the other data is good, that is, as good as these types of devices get. Even with sleep apnea monitoring running, battery life is about 10 days. It seems to run so long that I absolutely forget when I charged it last. Data collection interval is pretty good, every two or three minutes. Unlike some of the cheaper Chinese rings that only collect data every 30 minutes. I have the shiny silver ring and the finish seems to be very durable. Been wearing it for a month now with no scratches. I have dropped it on the floor from a standing position a few times with no troubles. Bluetooth connection was easy and is very stable. Unlike some other popular ring options, this ring focuses mainly on the data and is not bombarding me with a lot of other stuff that I call ” mood ring data”, such as when should I be in the light, when should I turn out the lights, and other weird stuff I just don’t care about. The user interface on the app is clean and is not trying to sell me a bunch of crap. Another gigantic Plus is the fact that this ring, besides being cheaper and having no subscription fee, also comes with a charging case that has its own battery supply. The charging case uses a standard USB C connection and charger. Recharging is pretty quick, requiring only about 85 minutes to charge the ring when it gets to about the 10% mark. So between the charging case and the fairly rapid recharging of the ring, having to deal with a dead battery is never a concern of mine. Just like some of the competitors, this ring does have temperature and some of the female related functions. This ring looks very much like my wedding band and I wear it in place of my wedding band. So this means I am free to wear one of my many mechanical wrist watches while also keeping track of health related data. I routinely wash my hands with the ring on and occasionally will take a shower with it on. It does not seem to affect it, but if I think of it I do take the ring off if I’m going to keep my hands wet for a long period of time. But to tell you the truth I don’t think this really matters, it’s just me trying to protect a piece of electronics on my finger. So far this ring checks all the boxes and I have to say it’s been some time that I’ve purchased a product that seemed to deliver everything it said it would. If the battery continues to perform well with age and the outside finish of the ring continues to hold up, then I would say this ring is near perfect.

Decent Ring for Sleep Apnea
I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea after sleep study. I bought this to keep track of my sleep O2 levels and this rings does it well. Lot more comfortable than sleeping with apple watch plus battery life lasts 12 days (need to be confirm). Does accurate measurements of steps and activity tracking. Would prefer over Oura ring since it does not need subscription. Cons – App is decent but can be improved. Sizing is little confusing and there is no simple way to just order this w/o ordering the measuring kit first. I did a chance with size 12 and it worked for ring finger instead of index finger I was hoping for. Happy with purchase.

Useful, unless you want to track workouts too
RingConn 2 does what it says it does: Tracks HR, blood oxygen, sleep, etc. What I failed to notice is that you can’t add workouts to RingConn 2, other than outdoor running or cycling, which uses the ring’s GPS. But if I do a 45-minute weightlifting session, I can’t log that as “activity,” and if I do cardio, even my higher heart rate doesn’t register that as a workout or an activity.I track them elsewhere, but it’s annoying. I look forward to when RingConn updates their software to include more than just 2 types of exercise.

Worth the Price!
The ring appears to be high quality and is pretty accurate when compared to our CPAP software and our blood pressure machine. This connects to your phone with a very in-depth app which is free with no monthly subscription. The app is extremely detailed and analyses all of the readings. I purchased this one for my wife and I plan on getting one for myself. The biggest draw for me with this ring was the sleep apnea monitoring, a lot of other brands do not have this ability.

Quality device and app
No-cost app is very detailed yet intuitive and easy to use. I’ve had the ring about a month now and have already gotten three updates for the app, suggesting to me that the company pays attention to improving its technology. The battery life is outstanding, and the device charges very quickly when needed. The charging case has a quality feel to it. I do wonder how many charging cycles we can expect before the non-replaceable battery gives out and will no longer hold a charge; the company doesn’t say. Users of competing products indicate a lifespan of maybe two to three years if worn constantly. Information measurements are detailed, and accurate as far as I can tell. Amazing that the company could load so much technology into a device so small.

Much better than expected Powerful support
Great product. A bit pricey. However it looks great and is much less intrusive than a wrist band. I love all the data this tiny device provides. The sleep and stress feedback are detailed and helpful. I wish hydration level could somehow be incorporated. It’s easy to get dehydrated before you know it , especially when exercising. The battery lasts about 10 days, which I find incredible. All in all totally recommend. I do suggest absolutely get the ring sizer first .

It’s ok.
