Perfect Size, Nice Design & Functional
I have had stacks of file folders on my desk for future or current attention but when I am looking for one of them it’s a hassle to weed through them. I have a wall folder organizer but I have to get up to retrieve any. I was hesitant to get a desk organizer like this for fear it would take up too much space. Well, it’s basically the footprint of a file folder with a drawer, center shelf and 5 file or paper dividers on top. I only ordered it for the file folder feature, but little did I know that every odd or end item on my desk fit in it beautifully. In the drawer I store Post-it notes, little page tabs, business cards, larger eraser, usb’s, eye drops, and a note pad. On shelf I store my calculator, reading glasses and checkbook. All of these items were previously scattered on my desk randomly. There’s also room for more items if needed. The pen holder is almost the depth of the footprint. I filled it, so I had to use small ties to attach it firmly to the organizer. It’s really easy to put together; no tools required. Nice design and very functional!

Assembly is pretty easy. Holds most of what it looks like in the pictures. The drawer and pen caddy are noticeably made of very cheap plastic but I don’t think I can complain because the price was decent. The drawer is not anchored to the back so it slides out awkwardly. This could be fixed by tying a string of some sort to the back of it and drilling or cutting a hole in the back of the drawer. The drawer doesn’t seem quite as big as it looks in the picture but it’s still very adequate for a whole bunch of office supplies.It works for my purposes but I wouldn’t recommend it if you want your desk to look classy. Still, it’s better than a bunch of stacks of paper, folders, pens, rubber bands, and boxes of paper clips all over your desk or taking up space in an unorganized desk drawer.My rating takes price into account. Otherwise I would have given three stars. I don’t hate it, but I was a little worried about breaking the pen caddy while assembling because it was so flimsy at the attachment point. Absolutely no issues whatsoever since assembly. They even included extra screws. That’s always appreciated.

This is front and center on my desk in my classroom. It has helped me for my papers I need to grade, curriculum folders and student information.My 5th graders wanted put it together for me during recess so it’s that easy to assemble. The sections are nicely spaced and a good height to hold folders or 8×11 in papers.Well constructed and definitely gets its usage. 5 stars!

THIS IS A FANTASTIC OFFICE DEVICE
I Received this very quickly and found that the instructions were the BEST written I’ve ever seen. The technical writer who wrote this was FANTASTIC!! I usually never read them because usually non-english speaking people write terribly confusing guides but, this was INVALUABLE to me because, otherwise I would never have been able to put this thing together without them. AND, they supplied EXTRA screws / connectors which most manufacturers do not do. The first level / stage of putting it together was very DAUNTING IF you’re OLD and your hands are not steady any longer. It was extremely hard to put those tiny screws into the holes without having four [4] hands [I was alone at the time] but, after many tries I was finally able to get the bottom shelf connected to the sides. After this the. next two [2] shelves were a cinch and easy to assemble!! Wow, it’s a marvel of engineering to have made this very useful office file/drawer holder of folders and supplies. I will NEVER hesitate to purchase from this seller/manufacture again!! Thank you!!

Easy set up. The pen holder can be attached to either side. The drawer has adjustable compartments which makes it easier to keep small office accessories neat and tidy. The rubber feet keeps it from sliding around on the desk. The black mesh coordinates with other office organizers.
