get this book with the audio cd for the mantras, I got mine on half.com for cheapbut the mantras are a valuable part and knowing how to pronounce themoops my bad relooked and this actually the cdthe cd is lik a min or 2 for every chakra and how to pronounced with sound effects of each elementits a good tool but i wished they looped the yogi that pronounces these bcyou start to feel it within the 1st 3 chants

More than just OM
I enjoy listening to this in the car and chanting along. Johari chants the bija sounds of the petals on each of the seven major chakras. Admittedly, this is a very specific type of recording, but if this is your thing, I definitely recommend it!

You really need a quiet room for this, Too much activity when I first listened to this but it is a good relaxing sound. I like more background music which wasn’t one of it’s strong points.

Build Confidence
I am in a Prana Yoga Teacher program that incorporates chanting with asana practice.Before listening to Johari’s CD, I was very sheepish about pronouncing the bija mantras. However, I was able to import the CD into mp3 format and have listened to the instructions and meditations over time.Now I feel that I can completely connect with the vibratory power of the mantras and understand the legacy of the sanskrit alphabet as contained in the sounds of the chakras and their petals.I strongly recommend this CD.

Les morceaux sont courts et chaque début de morceau s’accompagne d’explications orales en anglais sur le chakra … donc im-po-ssible de diffuser ce CD lors de soins esthétiques … c’est un anglais avec l’accent indien donc difficile à comprendre de surcroit. Les morceaux sont très courts, proportionnellement, le temps de paroles et plus long que le temps musical. Si vous vouliez des explications en anglais sur les chakras vous avez cette bande son si vous vouliez vous relaxer, même en dehors de la diffusion en cabine, c’est fichu !Je regrette cette achat.
