Great Purchase
I’d recommend this tent bc of the size, quality & this company Spider Farmer. Making it just over 2ft wide is so awesome, it allows for extra room for humidifiers or fans, while still giving you many options for how many plants, 1 , 2 3 or even 4 5 gal pots can easily fit in with tent along with other equipment as you can see in my pics. The height is great too at over 5ft. Really smart to make these slighter larger tent options.Spider Farmer also helped me with questions & responded fast.The light is very good & has good reputation. The fan runs a lot quieter than what I’ve experienced with some other brands. I’ve also had no problems with light leaks.I like how theres a vent in the back of this too. That way you can put that right up against a wall & really helps keep light from getting in while still allowing fresh air in. Smart placement.For new growers, I think this is a great kit to buy bc this tent is really awesome, but it gives you everything you need to get started right away (minus the soil & seeds)Easy to set up & this was my 1st time getting a tent & growing anything & while I’m still learning, I’m so glad I invested in this tent kit & will be using it all for long time.

Everything advertised arrived in one well packed box. The shipping box had absolutely no labeling on it that would indicate its contents. Yeah!Plenty of Instructions, easy to set up. The poles for the frame were marked so you wouldn’t mix them up. Unboxing to fully functional in 45 minutes. Very nice.In-line fan is quiet. The adjustable speed is nice, I don’t need to run the fan at full throttle, which keeps the sound down. With the fan operating and the tent closed I get a reading of around 35 dB. That borders on a quiet whisper or a library. It’s a very quiet, white noise.Circulating fan is very quiet and oscillates nicely and speed fan speed is adjustable.Charcoal filter came with additional charcoal to refill the filter when needed. The filter is doing it’s job well.LED array Is working well for me. This complete grow set up does not come with a dimmable light. I haven’t found that I need it.This size tent is perfect for those with limited space and no need to grow vast quantities. I’m in that category. I’m growing three autos in there right now and it’s perfect. I use 2 gallon pots to slightly stunt the growth of the plants so height is not an issue.I was curious if it would fit in my standard depth closet and it did very easily. I don’t grow in my closet.I’m very happy with the quality of the materials for the price. I liked being able to just make one purchase and have it all arrive in one box. Keep life simple.I would recommend this complete set up without hesitation.

Great kit and price, the right choice!
So far so good – setup was simple enough, and although there are a lot of instructions (too many almost), they could be more clear. That said, it took me about 1 hour to fully setup the entire system by myself so I can’t complain too much. I would suggest assembling the fabric tent to the frame from the bottom side up, and don’t be afraid to apply some pressure to pull it all together. I had a hell of a time trying from the top down. The frame poles could fit a little more snugly; they wobble quite a bit if handled without some care, so the sturdiness of them long-term is questionable but seem to be doing the job, so time will tell.The light assembly comes with instructions but is already assembled in the box, which was nice. It seems to be more than sufficiently bright with a dial to adjust intensity as required, and really does not put off much heat despite being so bright. The metal panel is solid, very solid. Better quality than I was expecting, so I’m pretty happy with the light overallPlenty of exhaust/fresh air ports for an array of setup options and the Velcro is strong, as are the cinches on the exhaust ports. Have mine set up with exhaust fan inside, carbon filter outside, and the whole kit near an open window for fresh air. No smell so far, and seems to be good quality.The only true complaint I have is the quality of the zippers: they seemed very sturdy at first with nice rubber, branded pull tabs. But already with approximately 1-2 tent openings per day for 2 weeks, they tend to get stuck a lot and require some tinkering to resolve, which makes me think it will only get worse.Overall, I’m extremely happy with the purchase as I was comparing brands and kits for weeks, and I believe I made the right choice. Even with the zippers being questionable, I can’t give anything less than 5 stars here; great kit, great price, seeing very good results so far.

Great starter kit for the price
I started buying the components separately and quickly realized that I would be spending more on the parts than if I bought this kit. The tent is stellar, seals very well and has a good amount of options to control airflow. The fan and filter are great quality. The hydrometer is cheap, and keep in mind that the light does NOT dim. It was starting to burn some leaves and I ended up changing the light for a higher quality one. As I built my setup, I replaced a few components, then purchased a smaller grow tent and put them in there. Overall a great purchase to start your journey, but if you really get into the science of growing, you will be dropping some cash on nutrients, soils, seeds, heater, humidifier, dehumidifier, Bluetooth hydrometers, Alexa enabled light timers… let’s just say the wife is not pleased.I would buy this again.

Top.Zuerst mal die Pro’s:Alles Fühlt sich hochwertig an, lässt sich leicht aufbauen (auch ohne Anleitung – Männer halt – wir mögen Anleitungen nicht besonders 😂), funktioniert super, das Absauggebläse ist bis so auf dreiviertel hochgeschraubt recht leise, ab da wird er dann doch schon eeetwas lauter, aber trotzdem nicht störend (hab ihn auf voller Stufe über Nacht durchlaufen gelassen die erste Nacht, hab trotzdem geschlafen wie ein Baby). Der kleine Ventilator zum Wind simulieren ist auch recht leise.Der kohlefilter filtert echt gut, heißt wenn man alles dicht macht am Zelt und nur unten die Öffnung ein bisschen aufmacht und das Gebläse laufen lässt, riecht man in der Wohnung kaum was davon.Da ich aber den Duft der Cannabispflanzen als extrem schön empfinde, lasse ich einfach beide Öffnungen unten ganz auf und dann noch die große Öffnung ganz oben komplett auf, dass die Thermik einfach die Belüftung vom Zelt übernimmt. So spare ich mir die Stromkosten fürs Gebläse und hab noch dazu ne Wohnung die immer gut duftet. 💚Ach ja, und die Lampe ist echt gut und hell. Bloß die Zeitschaltuhr kann ich nicht beurteilen, hab da einfach eine Smart-Home-Steckdose zwischengeschaltet und kann halt so dann immer genau sehen wie viel se verbraucht hat, von wann bis wann se an war und so weiter.So, jetzt zu den Contrapunkten:Da gibt’s eigentlich tatsächlich nur einen… Der Versand mit DHL.Da wäre es schön, wenn es wenigstens die Möglichkeit gäbe, von mir aus auch gegen einen Aufpreis oder so, den Versand von einem ernstzunehmenden Paketversandunternehmen abwickeln zu lassen. Musste wegen einem Fehler von DHL (passiert hier bei uns andauernd, ist also nicht nur ein einmaliger faux pas gewesen) extra noch in den Baumarkt und mir zur Überbrückung bis zum nächsten Werktag 16:30 Uhr eine Pflanzenlampe zusätzlich kaufen, weil: Winter (keine Sonne)+Pflanzen schon angekommen (weil die mit einem ernstzunehmenden Versandunternehmen versendet wurden)+Samstag (eigentlicher Zustelltermin)+DHL = ‘nix gut diese’.

This grow light and tent kit is perfect for the small-space grower. Almost everything you need to grow your first crop is included at a very reasonable price. I wish I had started with one of these spider-Farmer kits rather than trying to piece together a much larger (and much more expensive) set up on my own.It was a really easy to assemble and the materials are all of a better quality than I expected. The first thing I checked on the tent was the zippers and they are heavy duty (and the seams are light proof).The light is really bright and I love the dimmer capability. I can start low and turn it up as the plants mature and need more light. Dimming is better for the plants and saves on power expenses.I would absolutely recommend this kit to anyone interested in getting started or growing in a small space. It is an exceptional value for the price
