Authorities in our business will tell in no uncertain terms that Lorem Ipsum is that huge, huge no no to forswear forever. Not so fast, I'd say, there are some redeeming factors in favor of greeking text, as its use is merely the symptom of a worse problem to take into consideration.

Product care

Anyway, you still use Lorem Ipsum and rightly so, as it will always have a place in the web workers toolbox, as things happen, not always the way you like it, not always in the preferred order.

This volume of the Companion includes the scripts of the first season of the History in the Bible podcast. It covers the books of Genesis through to the prophets who lived before the Exile, ending with Habakkuk. It provides an introduction to the archaeology of the Middle East, the history of the Hebrews in the Bronze Age, the united kingdom of David and Solomon, and its two successor kingdoms, Israel and Judah. It also considers books that claimed to have been written in the period, but never made it into the Bible.

    Love it!
Loved the podcast and am very excited that the books have been released! Will be buying the others in the near future! This is an excellent addition to my theological library, and I’m positive that it’s a resource I will turn to frequently

    Good companion for Bible study
I listened to Dr. Stevens’ podcast, which has commentary for every book in the Bible. In addition he covers some non-canonical and apocryphal texts. If you are into Biblical studies as an interested layman this is a great companion volume to whatever translation you use. Dr. Steven’s uses the New Revised Standard Version, but his research and conclusions are applicable to any text. All in all, I found it to be both entertaining and edifying in both the book and podcast versions.
